The butter provides 100% fat which melts to absorb the dry ingredients but peanut butter, whilst it has oil in it is mainly protein as it contains the whole nut, pulverised. What you could do is make the recipe and swirl in some soft smooth peanut butter before cooking.

You didn't say the measurements for each ingredients except the golden syrup
It’s all listed in the description, and thankfully in grams and tablespoons 👍. Baking a batch now, using maple syrup and a splash of vanilla.
