Not needed. If you're just going to say Hardworking, Passionate, self motivated, team player, etc.. then it's just generic stuff and everyone is going to write that. Just omit this summary section so that the recruiter can concentrate on the important stuff :)

Yes they'll always prefer someone who can talk German! Please learn German language, it will help you immensely
