If anyone wants a great workout plan here’s what I do( I work out 4-5 times a week but nothing hard)
Monday:1 hour kickboxing
Tuesday:1 hour basketball
Wednesday:1 hour kickboxing
Thursday: 2 hour basketball
Friday: nothing
Saturday: occasionally stretch
Sunday: nothing
( on Tuesdays and Thursdays I don’t always do basketball, sometimes I do football, hockey, running ,etc)
This is just what works for me, it might not work for you but it’s worth a try if you need a good workout plan

I'm so glad to hear that! A lot of girls I know are intimidated by squatting heavy but the exercise involves the largest muscles in your body which, in turn, turbocharges your metabolism all while keeping the butt big and firm.
I love this, but I would like to see the angels, in no makeup with no tans and no blow-dried hair etc. Sort of like how they would REALLY work out.
