What Vader meant by "As long as she lives, I will always control you." Is that to Vader, she is a weakness to Starkiller that he can always use as leverage like a hostage. Or just kill her to break him.

@Peter Parker Just like how Padme was a big turn for why Anakin turned into vader is another reason as to why Starkiller can turn into a sith, also stated that Vader realized he is also weak because of his connections.

Starkiller is an incredible user of both the light side and dark side of the force in *The Force Unleashed 1 & 2.* IMO, he's a Grey (Jedi) like Ahsoka Tano and Qui-Gon Jinn. He is one with the force.

Starkiller is a reacurring easter egg im Star Wars, starkiller base, the apprentice etc. The original name for ANH was "Adventures of Luke Starkiller, as taken from the Journal of the Whills, Saga I: The Star Wars"
Like everyone else here has already said, Starkiller was Luke's original name and I think it makes sense. To me Starkiller is what you'd get if Vader trained Luke
The statement from Vader of "As long as she is alive, I will control you," relates to the classic Jedi principle of don't have attachments.

When I played the second game, I played the whole game and spared Vader, then I did a replay I teyes to kill him. That ending had me shook it was a total plot twist.

@@amel3457 Be that as it may. In my opinion he doesn't make Vader look weak. Both are still strong. But it helped me/Starkiller feel stronger. Vader already has so many examples of himself being OP. There is no way of tearing him down.
Just like the Mandalorian, star killer should be a TV show on Disney+ with a dark edge to it. They should also show Darth Vader and what he thought when he was training a new apprentice after Asoka Tano leaving his Anakin Skywalker persona behind.

@@TheBlackMastadontehis abilities are rather tame in Legends Star Wars context. From causing earthquakes, moving mountains, stopping contient wide storms, sending whole fleets out of system, to blowing up stars the Force could do insane things. Only limiting factors seems to be the skill and strength of the force user as many times these insane feats do nearly or outright kill a force user who doesn't know how to make it happen correctly.

Since they're making and Obi-Wan series on Disney+, there's a slight possibility they could introduce StarKiller into the series. It's a good timeline for him to be inserted.

I think know why he said that. Due to his experience with Padme and Palpatine turning him to the dark side by taking advantage of that love for Padme, he'd do the same to Starkiller.

My theory would need to retcon one fact about the clone of Starkiller: the spirit of the original Galen Marek inhabits that body, hence why the clone feels so strongly tied to Juno. This would be an early way of hinting that force users can live multiple lives provided there’s a body capable of holding them, and the only bodies that function as such are clones. Now, from short cinematics we know that another clone had succeeded in passing the tests, though this one remained loyal to Vader. The clone could’ve been with Boba when the Slave 1 tracked the Rogue Shadow, and Starkiller’s tale ends with the Dark Clone slaying Juno, and the two clones kill one another while Boba rescues Vader
Its long been the case in Legends that cloning a Force user causes the Force to outright copy the mind and memories of that force user. The Force also doesn't typically like this as the Force users we seen who are cloned typically go insane.

I politely disagree. IMO, besides the bug, very little action, not too many boss fights and is mostly a exploring game over any other genre. The game is very very forgettable. To each their own though. Great video btw.

After all these years im still pissed that disney canceled force unleashed 3, this series was insanely fun to play, that maul game and 1313 boba fett game seemed so promising. Unpopular opinion jedi fallen order was mediocre af, nowhere near as fun as force unleashed.

I personally like Fallen Order simply because they don't introduce an overpowered character like Starkiller. Cal Kestis is just another Jedi trying to survive the Empire. He's not big or important, he's just doing the best he can. Starkiller's writing is amazing, but way too op.

Such a solid first game and then they made the same mistake that Star Wars writers and directors still haven't learned even till this day, the fastest way to kill your story is to add powerful force clones, power scaling ramps up too quickly, Character motivations change on a dime, and stakes go out the window.

Something I can't help but remember is the video on Darth Vader's true power by Austin from Game Theory, which reminds everyone that no matter how much metal you can bend to your will, if you can't bend water, you are a weakling.

@@TheBlackMastadonte yeah, vader has a hard time using the force to keep water back but because he can when it is so deep under water on a water planet, you realize that he theoretically could pull down the death star he is in to hit a planet, but doesn't because it would put himself in danger. He has so much force power that he can't properly use all of it without hurting himself in the process. Which is why the second game is the most noncanon of the 2 games, because he beats vader in an open space, on a planet, as a clone (which would theoretically have less than the original)

There was supposed to be a third and final installation but they changed it after the new star wars films became a focus. In my opinion Vader is using force connection to Juno like Palpatine did to Anakins wife. If Vader dies Juno does therefore Starkiller goes to the dark side

fun fact about the Star Destroyer Galen pulled down, it was one that was not finished being built. it's Planetary Repulsors to keep it floating above the ground so it doesnt just crash into the dirt was not yet finished, meaning it had no way to enter the Atmosphere without crashing. Galen mut have caught on to this, since the Star Destroyer did NOT come any closer and stayed outside of the Atmosphere, keeping it from Crashing. he pulled it down only close enough to basically let it's own weight and Drive Thrusters, which are always on btw, push it onto the planet's surface, leading to catastrophic casualties, AND of course the most BADASS scene of any Star Wars Game ever.
