I believe that little black axle wheel looking thing is exactly that. An old mini mine cart axle. Haha! Nice shoe find least it wasn't a bust. Great video Klesh. Till next one my friend!
Thanks yeah I needed to see what was up there with the detector, found a few items. It was OK lol thanks!
12:50ish in the video is the winding axle to a cheap ratchet strap tie down/ motorcycle strap. Also that live trap was set for bobcat, when you see a trap like that please give it a wide birth so as not to spread human scent around the trapsite, even if you don't touch anything skin and hair follicles shed from humans constantly leaving you scent trail everywhere you go. just a the more you know moment. please carry on i enjoy your videos
Thanks 1979johnson85 glad you enjoyed it!
This area was used as a Girl Scout camp back in the 40's and 50's so I plan on going back here with the detector for another video - Thanks for watching! -KleshGuitars
Good luck!! If all else fails, maybe you'll unearth a 70-year old box of thin mints! I think commercial production of their cookies started around the late 1930's...
Love watching you in beautiful CO. I left recently. CO isn't the same any longer. Too expensive, too much traffic, too.... Maybe one day it will clear out some. Former St. MARYS Mountain mama.
Yeah the traffic here is pretty bad, but nothing like NYC or Philadelphia (or most other big US cities really)..just the huge amount of transplants are making it a tougher drive to and from the mountains every time..thanks for watching
Hi Shane really love your honest content. Really does a lot for people. I live near Walhalla goldfields in Gippsland Australia. If you would like to come there is the long mine tunnel that is still being worked, as they found more veins that are rich enough for more commercial mining. There is the horse shoe bend diversion. Lots of fine and pickers if u spend the time. Either way look into it. Walhalla was the second largest in weight taken out in ounces. Losing only to Ballarat.
I had good luck in the grassy strip between sidewalk and street in cities for gold rings and things. Also ghetto areas have gold rings and jewelry for some reasons in parks .
I agree Seth Stidams, and thanks for watching!
The spool with a triangular relief cut looks like a film spool for an old camera
Oh yeah i bet that's what it is! Thanks for watching! -KleshGuitars
It’s a film roller
Thanks !
ratchet strap spool
Some other people were saying it's from a old camera film spool -Thanks for watching! -KleshGuitars
That thing you call 'one of these' is a barbed wire staple. The 330 thing looks like a teapot handle or something similar.
Yeah I didn't know what it was, thanks for that, and Thanks for watching! -KleshGuitars
Great finds amazing videos
Yea it's a film spool
Thanks for watching! -KleshGuitars
From all box camera film roller
That piece that you tested for silver looks like a foot for a decretive ornament, possibly a metal animal
Good Observation doc willson, and thanks for watching!
Film reel
Thank you Cary Huss!
Nice vid. That is more than likely a horse shoe. Either an 00 or 000. A mule shoe will be much narrower.
Thank you Tracy Bonham!
Very excited watching these videos! I just ordered a Bounty Hunter Tracker IV, and am excited to get out there and find things! As a kid, I used to go metal detecting with my family in Wisconsin.
Nice man good luck!
I have no idea why but bro i flat out love your videos man. Well done!
Thanks for watching! -KleshGuitars
Not sure if you found out what the metal spool looking item is but it looks like a camera spool to me...Have a great day...New sub...
Thanks Mike Brown Ohio for watching!
Second vid for me. That one item could be the inside of a 35mm film spool or a part of a camera that accepts the film. Enjoying your adventures.
Thanks for watching! -KleshGuitars
Jjj(
Yes I. Up uuuuuWhitford wizards
ok
For a horse shoe to be lucky, it needs to from a horse that actually lost it... It needs to be hung open side up above your door on the inside don't turn it sideways or the luck will spill out. That's a good find, shows still things to be found. You could find some silver coins there. I think the piece with the slot is from an oil lamp, the wick would maybe go through the slot? The smashed thing is I think a lead foot off some kind of dish. Go back there in the spring for sure, both colonial or settler finds.
Keep @ it and HH !!
Cool idea thanks Thanks for watching! -KleshGuitars
a film spool for your old Browny camera.
Good Observation Duane Miles, and thanks for watching!
The last thing looks like half of a drawer pull
Yeah it does! Thanks for watching! -KleshGuitars
Film roller for a girl scout camera for sure.
Thank you Jeremy Harvey!
Just depends on the size of the horses foot and the use but found up there i would say Pack Mules etc. I had my own farrier service for some years here in iowa.
I think so tooThanks for watching! -KleshGuitars
The knob might be from an older metal detector
Thank you Cary Huss!

Thanks, yeah I do plan on getting a project going up there this spring or as soon as the ice melts. Thanks for watching! -KleshGuitars

Thanks for watching! -KleshGuitars
Nice horse shoe. Great find.
Thanks for watching! -KleshGuitars
Im new to this hobby and also live in Colorado. Do you have recommendations on how to find places to hunt? It seems extremely restrictive and I am worried ill never be able to get out
Sure, there's a new book called "Finding Gold in Colorado" by Kevin Singel. I own the book and it has hundreds of places anyone can go panning for gold. Tell him I sent ya!
@@Klesh I actually have the book and spend a lot of time gold panning! I am also an active member in his Facebook group. But I want to find coins and other artifacts.
spool for 35 mm film maybe?
I think so! Thanks for watching! -KleshGuitars
Living in fla for last 5 years i really miss.l seeing mountains but f the snow and cold man
Florida too hot for me. I like the cold and the mountains -
Looks to me like the reel part of a ratchet strap. Good video
Thanks for watching! -KleshGuitars
Small hunt but I agree with Anthony Brau that it is a spool for a camera 35 mm. Good luck always a good thing to find a horse shoe

Oh the joys of digging after a month or so in probe only parks, I feel the pain.
Thanks for watching! -KleshGuitars

Hi Klesh..
Looks like a horse 🐎 shoes 👞 to me..!
Can’t believe you have frozen ground..!!
The temperature here is
108. Fahrenheit.
The Garrett detector done ok and the Garrett pin pointer is a must to have..
I have uploaded a video on the use of a Garrett brass probe.
In parks where you can’t cut out a plug.
Hope you enjoy my video.
Cheers Tony.👍🍺⛏🇦🇺
108 wow nice! Thanks for watching! -KleshGuitars
You never know what you may find. But one things for sure, you found some nice fresh air......and that's hard to find in most places.
Thanks for watching! -KleshGuitars
Great day out , really like that foot relic thing, I would have destroyed that trap though, great vid looking forward to the next
Thanks for watching! -KleshGuitars
It's illegal to tamper with a trappers legally placed trap, just so you know.
Yes this is true, it's illegal to tamper with them. For all the time I spend in the woods, I rarely come across traps. It was interesting to find one for a change. Thanks for watching! -KleshGuitars
I would still smash it, cruel bastards
Your face would also likely wind up in a court case from the trail camera that I have no doubt now has Klesh's face on it. While I do not agree with the usage of traps versus traditional shoot to kill hunting, it is also a necessary thing to manage populations of wildlife. Yes it may be cruel, but it's better than the cruelty of watching entire species starve to death slowly because they overpopulated and wiped out their entire food source.
Either way, great video, Klesh, it was very wise of you not to mess with that trap, I enjoy your videos I wouldn't want that to suddenly end due to some jail time.
Good area and fun dig. Thanks for sharing and Keep Living the Dirt Life!
Thanks for watching! -KleshGuitars
Cool finds. Good on you for picking it all up and not leaving it for the next guy.
Old homestead or a prospecting camp.....the finds suggest that minus the beer cap
Thanks for watching! -KleshGuitars
Old barbed wire is worth some money to collectors...!
That one piece might be part of a drawer pull...?
I didn't know the barbed wire was collectible. I'll have to research that a bit, Thanks for watching! -KleshGuitars
That looks like a film spool from a camera...
Thanks for watching! -KleshGuitars
Well at least you got out to detect and dig. Enjoyed and thanks for sharing. Have a great weekend, Shane.~~Shirl
That's what it's all about Thanks for watching! -KleshGuitars

Thanks for watching! -KleshGuitars
Another good video. I love my ATPro. Do you plan on doing any more sidewalk crevice hunts? Keep the videos coming!
I do plan on more sidewalks, almost went out yesterday but my back was hurting too much. Thanks for watching! -KleshGuitars

Thanks for watching! -KleshGuitars

Love the beginning! Is that you playing guitar? Also, I dig seeing the snow on the ground-- a bit different that Hawaii.
Thanks, yes that's just a quick clip of a guitar riff I came up with for my videos - the snow is pretty nice although I wouldn't mind some Hawaii weather too! Thanks for watching! (i also really like your videos)-KleshGuitars
The spade is out!! A wouldn't have iron discrimination on there might be a specimen of gold and iron.
Thanks for watching! -KleshGuitars
👋
I wish I could get gold but I'm in WV so there's no gold here
Thanks for watching! -KleshGuitars
35MM film wheel ? Really enjoy your vids. ^5
Thanks Rick DuFour for watching!
A knob off some one else metal detector.
I hate to ask this but what do you think your going to find, if that site has been open more than a year it has been detected.
You seen the size of the gold you found, the detector will not detect those.
My buddy bought a expensive unit years back and it took hi 3 years doing swimming beach to recoup the money spent, then never left the closet.
If you want gold from that site your going to wash dirt for the left overs, remember old times have been there, that is why there was a mine claim for the GPAA to get when became open.
The shoe ids cool , but I think they just had work animals up there.
330 broken coat hanger?
Dig my friend dig, then classify and wash, then pan.
Hated to say it but, your are cleaning up the junk in the woods.
I just enjoy getting out the and making videos, has nothing to do with making money.. Thanks for watching! -KleshGuitars
Old fishing reel spool looks like.
Thanks for watching! -KleshGuitars
Mount the shoe upside down for good luck
I kept it , ill put on my porch Thanks for watching! -KleshGuitars
Good vid brother! Are you still in bitconnect? Did you loose any money?
I was in BitConnect and right now the value of my BitConnect coins are about 10% the value I bought them at. I plan on buying more and holding them since they're quite cheap right now, helps with dollar cost averaging. Thanks for watching! -KleshGuitars
Well there 17 Mins of my life wasted
Thanks for watching! -KleshGuitars
Lmao..what about the fact he just layed all that rubbish on the hood of that Mazda!!! Including his pick 😂😂😂...That made the 17 min. Worth while...got a smile on that one
Are you planning to address bitconnect? Lost 4K on your referral.
A fool and his money are soon parted. Addressed.
doesn't mean he shouldn't address it
I won't be investing into any more lending platforms since I believe the reason BitConnect ended may have been more than just the cease and desist letters from TX and NC, and the DDOS attacks on their site. I lost quite a bit of money on it, and also took my videos down to not lead anyone else in the wrong direction. Thanks for watching! -KleshGuitars
KleshGuitars thanks for the reply. Lesson learned.
Sure. Also, I don't plan on selling my BitConnect tokens that were refunded. The value in my opinion will go up and I'll sell them for $200-$300 each. Still lost money but I refuse to sell at the low value right now. Thanks for watching! -KleshGuitars
