People have forgotten or never had manners. They are rude and uncaring. I just not understand people they sit behind a computer and just give negative mean comments. I started watching your show in 2020 ( covid )and I love it . If people don’t like something why say anything. Thank you and Dary for bringing Lucy’s book back to life. I believe Lucy’s story. God Bless you Joe 🙏🏽🥰🎄
I choose to believe the book as well. It is a simple love story between two young kids. It was hard for them because Elvis was on the road to super stardom and had no idea how his life would change. I think it is totally believable because of the time and how things were back then. Many people look at it as if there was all the technology that is out there now but people just didn’t have the access to phones like today and cameras were a luxury so not in everyone’s pocket. Lots of people have teenage love affairs and don’t end up together. I love their story especially since it is so positive about Elvis and as fans we should love the little happiness he found. mitte
Joe you had a very emotional weekend,so for you to even come on tonight must have been very trying for you,so thank you .Most of us are truly Elvis fans..That doesn't mean we know Everything about his life..But it's nice that we can learn from each other..Your channel gives us that chance..Some people are so thick headed and always need to be correct in their life. Those are people i keep out of my life,They just carry to much negativity. As far as what Billy ask" as to why you put a heart on a negative comment he probably thought you were not believing in what he told you.. Keep your chin up and keep being you..God Bless you and your family..Mitte/TCB
I am so thankful you read us this book! It's difficult for me to read books myself. This is an important book for Elvis fans and family to read! Thank you, Thank You!!! I believe I know who Elvis was so much more than I used to. Keep doing what your doing and tell Billy that I'm thankful for him and the truth he is telling! Love You Both❤❤
The wine I drank in college cost .99 cents a bottle. Regular sized wine bottle. Boone's Farm. Ripple. Thunderbird. Also, where there's a will there's a way regarding love. The boyfriend of a young lady in my AZ neighborhood - in Maricopa County, the sixth largest county by area in America - used to pedal a skateboard from from distant end of the county to the other, probably 50 miles each way, to see her. The county itself is 132 miles from its farthest points. Love will conquer all.
Hi Dary ❤ I agree with you. Sometimes we even do stupid things for love. I believe Elvis ❤ would go to the ends of the earth to be loved and give love, it was just how he was. Look what he did for his fans, even when he was so sick. Thanks guys ❤❤❤
Hi Joe ❤ Thank you for explaining things so respectfully. Some people are just closed minded. They have an opinion without listening to the facts. I'm always open minded, at first I thought What, then after listening to the book and Desiree my opinion is its true. Too many things add up to just dismiss everything. Some people have an opinion and stick with it and never even research. Thank you Joe ❤ What a beautiful thing to say to those 3 boys. They needed that. Bless you Joe ❤ sorry for your loss
Thanks for reading. And being thorough. And fair. Like that song, nothings gonna change my love for you, replace you with Elvis. Knowing this I pray we all just love one another like our Saviour did and like Elvis did. Remember Elvis never liked controversy, he would not like mean rude comments people. And especially at this time of year, Christ's birthday, we should be celebrating with peace love and goodwill, if no other reason than Elvis would want this.🎉😊
I sit here and I listen to you 4 o,clock in the morning 🌄. I learn so much about Elvis and all I can say I just love ❤️ Elvis even more ♥️ that I already did. I'm so great full for your channel to get to know our sweet Elvis more. We are on the same page with Priscilla but it takes your energy and she's not worth it. Keep on doing what you do my friend 🧡 your channel. Love ❤️ Elvis forever.❣️
Joe, you are so right about some people not even wanting to believe about a story or a person. You can talk till you're blue in the face but to no avail !! And if you know the truth, that's all that matters ... Mitte
Joe, I’m sorry to comment again. I’m sorry that you lost your mother at such a young age. There’s no way to describe the loss and grief. My children were also 6 and 14 when their dad died unexpectedly. There were no books to help guide me. I did all I could to be there and reassure them that we were still a family. I told them we’d be sad and cry, sometimes alone and sometimes all together. I did my best to be there for them and listen. I loved them very much. Some families fall apart when a parent is lost, but I think as we relied on each other for support we became stronger together. There were some tough moments, hours, and days. Today, my son and daughter are very caring, sensitive and successful adults. I am very proud of them and I feel very blessed they are in my life. I’m sure your mom is very proud of the man you are today as well. ❤
1953. But Billy was 8 years younger than elvis. so Elvis was 18 in 1953, and Billy 10. He would not know. He may have heard something if it was any sort of topic, nothing against him of course.
@@RareElvisPhotos You are right I guess the better question is when was Elvis riding the horse with June.I believe she wrote that he could barely ride.Ibelieve Billy alluded in a video that E became a good horseman during his first movie.Loving You.Sometimes Billy knows answers, sometimes he does not.He has a phenomenal memory. So glad you interviewed Billy Stanley.Like June Juanicois book , Billy tells about who the real person Elvis is.Charlie Jodge does too.May Mann's book is a must read.
I appreciate your approach to this, it's difficult to navigate. I tend to just remove comments that get attacked by inappropriate negs. If the person wants to discuss their view point, that's fine, but to just attack with words that only cause hurt and do not resolve their side in any way, I just remove my comment and walk away, simple as that. Maybe it's not the best way to deal with it, but I don't like useless confrontation. There is just no point. I hope the rest of your day improves and the vibe goes back up for you. Stay in a place of love! ❤
What I've come to perceive thru my lens is lots of people get as nasty with each other over Elvis as they do with politics. I understand strong passion is a driving force behind Elvis or whatever we have strong passion for but that's where self awareness and emotional control come into play. Lack of self awareness and emotional regulation is the cause of many of feuds. It's very difficult to have a civil conversation, to resolve strife and get to the truth when we can't arrive at respecting each others different perspectives and opinions. We should apply empathy and compassion to take sincere interest and to understand how we've each arrived at our belief rather than argue it. First arguing never settles anything, it causes a division and secondly, although we may disagree, we each hold our opinion, and they view it and regard it as important and valid as we do our own. To have a civil discussion about each other's view points, there may be something valuable both may learn. Every one of us will have different perspectives and opinions due to various reasons. I don't always agree but I don't get combative. Ten - twenty years ago I would had been argumentative but it took me growing in self awareness, growing in empathy, patience, etc.... I hope more people come together more, to embrace the indifferences. ❤ I extend my most heartfelt prayers to your Wife and her Friend. I'm so sorry you lost your Mother at such a young age. I lift you up in prayers and prayers to everyone that needs them. 🙌💖
There's a big difference between facts, total lies, and opinions. In the past 40 years every single naysayer has either confused their dumb opinion with actual facts, or created a false fact that isn't in the book, then ripped on their own lie. Totally insanity. I have no problem with people having their opinions about Lucy's behavior regarding Elvis, why she took so long to tell him about Desiree, etc., but to say I fabricated an entire book that launched my 40 year career as a highly paid author is pure dweeb insanity.
@@DaryMatera Dary - I empathize with your position. You took on a endeavor that you believed in 100%. You wouldn't had risked your name, your credibility and any future work if you didn't have complete faith in Lucy. What I've taken notice of, of what separates you from most that had written books about Elvis or pertaining to him, is their source of income and career was not in authoring as oppose to you, so therefore it was at a much greater risk to you to be very careful which waters you ventured out in to. Your work is your babies, and amount of time poured in and everything that entails of what it takes to write a book, especially it coming from a place of sincerity, something you poured your heart and soul in to, it's quite understanding how it would anger you to hear or read negative or unkind statements. After 40 years of defending yourself that I'm sure is exhausting and over whelming. I'm truly sorry for the stress you've endured. For what this may be worth it for you, for every naysayer that's unkind towards your book, always try to remember those whom are in support of you. Try your best to focus on the ones who respect your work and believe in you, and of course Lucy and Desiree. There's many factors of why some are inconsiderate with their comments. You do have a right to defend yourself if their words are toxic, rude and abusive but I can definitely attest that it won't change their mind. But if you feel compelled to express yourself in your natural way of defending yourself, it's certainly your right. Personally for myself I try to stay in another state of perspective to not pay mind to the cruel opposers cause I know they'll always exist. So I look it at it as those who've read your book may or already have recommended your book to others to read, maybe it's someone that's been hesitant to believe Lucy's story but because they trust their friend's judgement, it could change their perspective. Actually I'm pretty surprised at the amount of support you've garnered, cause when it's come to Elvis's life from my lens it's seem very territorial and closed minded. I think one important aspect to keep in mind is the false stories from others in the past who've claimed to be Elvis's child and they definitely put a thorn in any potential and real legitimate claims of those who truly are his child. That's one of the beasts you've been up against. The falsities have made it a huge struggle for the authentic one trying to prove herself, so I commend you for busting down those barriers cause that isn't easy. Give yourself big credit and congrats on that! But always remember, those who don't believe, disagree and share their thoughts in a respectful manner have space to do so but it's a belief they've held for a very long time. It has nothing to do with you, it stems from a cumulative of reasons thru the years of their support of Elvis, what information they've read and listened to, those with false claims of being Elvis's child etc... so to be quick to anger will just solidify their beliefs. You'll make more lead way with them in trying to understand how they've been set in their beliefs. Planting good seeds opens the door of change. You've done a great job!
@@Stoppingnarcissism8406 Excellent take and well written. Props. You are so right about one thing. 99 percent of the comments are positive. Those who get it and love the book. That's been a great revelation during these podcasts 40 years later. But as it often is with society, the squeaky wheel - aka crazed naysayers - get the grease - along with my ire. As I've explain to many of them, I have nukes - aka all the facts - and they are shooting children's air soft guns.
Mr Joe please don’t let negative comments get to you bc some people see things only as they care to see them and it’s hard for some to see different. Wine can be purchased very cheaply and remember how romantic Elvis was I can see him getting wine for Lucy. MITTE 🌹❤️
Oh! Joe and Dary, I forgot to tell you. I was listening to Elvis What Happened. A short bit into Chapter 18, Sonny is discussing the Nixon meeting and I hear 'purple cloak'!!!😅😅
This is the worst part of putting yourself out there. But it’s so worth it. So much progress has been made with this story. You handled this so well and brought truth. Keep up the good fight! I’m really sorry to hear about y’all’s friend and your mom though. 🙏
Lucy was honest. She was and this is my true feeling, after seeing something today which I can't find again( yet) . she truly loved him and I can't NOT believe it. ❤ There's no way Lucy could have made that up. I feel so sad she's not here to know how many people believe her, compared to then. ❤
@@charlakaytexas1414 I am a writer of fiction.Believe me, I could create such a story. If I did my research well enough, I could make it as believable without supportive evidence just as Lucy has.
As a kid did you ever play a game where everyone sit in a circle and you whispered something in one person’s ear and they whispered to another person and by the time it got to the last person and was repeated, it was totally different than what you said! Lolol. That’s a great example of how people hear and interpret. God Bless. ❤️🌹
I hate to say this, but there are few living who actually KNEW Elvis. I feel we should listen to them. It will soon be gone.. the first hand knowledge, words, conversations and experiences. Listen, question and discuss. Will every story or recollection be correct? Idk. But, I think it's important to at least hear them out.

Joe, you don't need to explain anything to the nay slayers. Let them do their own research and answer their own questions. Always remember, that you have so many people that believe, Lucy's story. And kudos to, Dary, for also believing in her. And so many, including myself, enjoy your reading and your way of thinking. Don't let the less, lead you to stress! MITTE!❤
Joe, you work so hard to support Dary. I’m sorry that some people are rude. As you’ve said, people may disagree, but be courteous, and not critical of others Dary is a reputable journalist and writer. He contacted many resources before writing this book. I think he really was sensitive to Lucy and Desiree and their feelings. He was actually protective and didn’t want them overwhelmed by media. After your reading, and Dary discussing Lucy and Desiree, you either believe or you don’t. Maybe those naysayers should skip the reading of the book and wait for another. Not everyone will always agree, but please disagree with courtesy and respect. Joe does a great job!😊
How could he afford wine? Good lord are folks really nitpicking that book that much? That’s nuts. Get a life people. 🙄 They don’t want it to be true because they don’t want their opinions of E to be challenged. 🤷🏼♀️
Hey joe, i`am reading vester presleys book and there is a picture of Elvis leaning up against a car. There is a caption underneath it that states that this was around the time that elvis started playing in alot of different places around Memphis, and not to long after that he landed his contract with Louisiana Hayride in Shreveport. Vester didn`t go with Elvis down ther, but he would listen to him every Saturday Night on the Radio. He played on his own until he made his first record at Sun
I totally agree with you Joe I totally agree with you and to me that's heartbreaking to know a mother would make fun of her own child and destroy her own child's name after her child has passed away that just breaks my heart MITTE
We have been brain washed as a society. People have forgotten they need to do their own research. People have forgotten we don’t all have to have the same opinion. It is so sad. It’s not just about Elvis. People are like this about everything anymore,
I was watching video yesterday of Elvis and June. He had been singing in different areas and Gladys wasn't there. He went fishing with June and her family, Elvis was so young. He had money, he was trying to stay away from the public! He asked June to Merry him in 3 years per Parkers orders. It's a great video made by June's family member. There is good information about Elvis in his early life. I so like learning about the real Elvis wherever that leads me. We shouldn't ware blinders but keep our eyes open to truth....
I enjoy this so much. As you say everybody has their opinion but can be nice about. God Bless You. So sorry about your friend. It hurts to lose a friend. Mitte always. 💜💜💜

I like Billy I really like Billy I can tell he sincere I might’ve not have been crazy about his one brother with the one interview but that’s not Billy talking that wasn’t Billy talking and like I said I want to hear more from Billy because even if it’s negative about Elvis I want to hear the truth and I don’t have a problem hearing the truth about good or bad and I know Billy cares about Elvis to this day. You don’t break down and cry if you don’t, so I’m definitely looking forward to more conversations with Billy I understand if he don’t want to answer certain questions Because it might bring back a bad memory and I know what that’s like and I want to hear some good times about Elvis because we know Elvis didn’t like doing the movies and it gets you upset about that but but did he still have good times making movies even though he didn’t want to did he have some fun It’s nice to hear what was going on in his life back then good or bad so Billy if you get negativity comments, I hope you read my comment. Don’t stop coming back and talking to Joe. Joe and another person who has a channel is the they are the two nicest people who have a channel they are sincere. I don’t watch anybody else. I only watched Joe and I will say his name Louis I don’t watch anybody else I mean, there might be good channels out there But I like Joe and I like Louis because meant something to them Elvis helped them through their life and to be honest with you. It’s helping me right now. I lost my husband over a year ago and in a Strange Way, Elvis is helping me right now, even if I hear bad things what happened, he’s helping me right now
I love everything you're saying and respect everything you say you're saying Us Elvis fans should stick together and still learn I'm 64 years old and I'm still learning things about Elvis and I cherish everything I'm learning and I think you should you should open up your mind and not close it up to well he did this at a certain certain time of his life and but no he didn't do that that is wrong You don't know what he done in 1953 before he became famous and you won't no if you don't learn so I totally agree with you MITTE
Most who disagree are looking for preciseness of verifiable indicators that prove her story.Lucy generalizes. We do not hate her.We just do not believe her. With nothing to lose but with everything to gain, she will not take a lie detector test or a blood test.No court would determine Lucy shared a child with Elvis. Her information can be obtained from so many Elvis books written before her.
Agree Joe! 🙏❤️ God Bless and Merry Christmas! Let's all work on bringing back all the good old school ways that worked and had us at our strongest and best as the ppl and this blessed nation. We can do it and that's what the evil ones are so afraid of. ❤
This story is more believable than the story that Priscilla was a virgin until the wedding. Lisa book said 18. Do I believe the image stories. No! I was young I know how hard it is to say no but with Elvis. It is more sense that he has other children. Rather the story is true or not you want to believe it. I hope Elvis found real Love. I hope he was there for Lucy because she had a very hard life.
Joe areas have changed throughout the years. There are things that know one will be able to authenticated because those things have changed. I'm personally looking into Lucy's contact with John Wayne! In the late 60s, John Wayne tried to get Elvis to be in 2 of his movies! MITTE L❤ I will be praying for your friends and for yourself❤
I’m not sure who it was but when they met Elvis, I’m trying to think of course before he made it big he had holes in his shoes and he used cardboard for the bottom of the holes now I’m thinking of my dad and we’re talking in the 60s and 70s we struggled and I remember my dad sitting down cutting cardboard and putting it in his shoes now Lucy didn’t see the bottom of Elvis shoes. Did she say Elvis? I got to see the bottom of your damn shoes. I gotta make sure you ain’t got holes in them, Elvis did what my dad did. You wore a decent shirt, a decent pair of pants, but who the hell is gonna look at the bottom of your shoes? so unless you was alive in 1950s, you shouldn’t make stupid comments and I’m aggravated somebody on another channel knows I say how I feel and I’ve been nice on your channel Joe. I’m a very nice person but when you get under my skin I blow up and I’m still being nice to me. This is being nice, unless you live back then please don’t freaking speak. Don’t make comments it’s not like it is now you know people wearing $200 tennis shoes if you don’t believe in the story just say I don’t believe in it. I can’t really find a reason not to, but I just don’t believe in it, don’t make up crap. Don’t make up bull crap.
Most born in the 40s,50s,60s,70s can understand the world& times the book took place, although written many years later, for Lucys life blessings & understanding from her Mom. Whats unfortunate is-the mass amount of gaslighters (my belief of75%) in TODAYS world that are fully incapable of understanding how life was back then, and how relationships can have meanings with any distance. I find it absolutely incredible the %of people that have 0Zero clue what their talking about yet leave an opinion without considering ANY facts whatsoever. For those that find it easier to post negativity about another person they have not ever met makes the posterperson an extremely illogical& mentally shallow person. Just my two-sense.😊 Wouldnt it be wonderful if ALL people could understand manners.😏
Geez people just think. Greyhound bus lines has been in business for over 100 years. Until 1960’s that is how most people traveled that didn’t have cars and couldn’t afford airline tickets. Tickets were pretty cheap and went to many places. I don’t wonder about such meaningless details. I ponder how does Lucy have a daughter that looks so much like Elvis and how did she know to put the name Presley on the birth certificate all the way back in 1958. How does Lucy have cards and a million dollar poem written by Elvis? And why did Graceland put up a fight to keep it out of public view? How did Lucy have details and a perfect timeline without much know in the 80’s to find things out? Why hasn’t anyone been able to poke holes in anything Lucy has said? Maybe it’s the obvious and the easiest conclusion, that she 100% was telling the truth. How exhausting and time consuming would it have been to come up with this story working a full time job and raising 6 children

Hi Joe Don't take the complainers with false data get you down. There are a couple of people in the Elvis world who are saying a lot of negative terrible comments. They leave many repeated comments that are long exaggerated complaining comment's. They have poor spelling and run on sentences with really poor English. They are saying things that are not true. I came across a site today. They were saying accusations against Elvis' gf. These comments are akin to hate language. Expect new social media laws regarding hate language.
Trained to ride a horse! 😂😂😂 That one got me! I even researched that one. Just for the naysayers. It was 'specialized' training. Just use Junes's pictures. Maybe they can see that. 👀👀
And you should continue questioning doing research and watching a videos and making up your mind for yourself. Not everybody’s gonna be convinced without DNA it is what it is. The author gets bombarded with a lot of negative negativity and sometimes all the comments look the same to him all of a sudden basically accusing him of writing a fraudulent book of lucy lying. It all comes down to that right there if Lucy is an honest person, the story is completely true. If Lucy is a liar, it is not.
@@nadjaGer you are correct. I was being facetious. He was saying haters' then changed to ' naysayers' to counter anyone who asked for answers. any one how can see, or uses discernment was attacked by being called names
Besides having the poem, Lucy talked in the book about Elvis giving her a credit card and she got mad at him and he was playing a joke on her and gave her a play credit card with a clown on the front that said "true love never dies" something to that affect and on the back it had a credit card strip where you sign your name, and Elvis wrote, "love, El Lancelot " write above that it says "but I miss you" I compared Elvis signature the El on Elvis and the EL in El Lancelot and they are identical. Plus, where Elvis wrote "love," he used a lowercase "l" and I compared that to his known autographs and they had the same lowercase "l". I'm not expert on handwriting, but it doesn't take a genius to see they look exactly the same. The picture of the credit card I am referring to is in the book. Check it yourselves. You'll see.
Sorry, Joe to leave you another comment. I’m just sick of hearing about the horse. I know you’re trying to make your point it’s I’m not sick of hearing it because you gotta bring it up. I’m just sick of people bringing it up. It doesn’t make sense. why would she make that up, a horse why why didn’t she just say he popped up behind me and surprised me and asked if he could hold my hand and we went walking over the hill everywhere everywhere it was beautiful him holding my hand and pointing things out to me why did she just say that if she was making it up, why didn’t she just say that why a horses what it’s more romantic no it’s not not to me cause I won’t get on a horse lol so realistically, why would she make that up what did she do say to the Arthur? Let’s put down a horse doesn’t that sound Romantic while Lucy? It’s not realistic well isn’t that more romantic a horse a horse than us walking and holding hands yeah we better put down a horse. I think maybe you’re right please give me a freaking break.
After reading some excerpts from June's book,I am having a few doubts about Lucy's story now.Do you think that maybe Lucy read June's book and put part of June's words,in her book?
I don’t know what to say. I can’t take stupidity. I’m sorry it’s how I feel back in the 1970s we struggled I was young. I was a teenager now you gotta remember this is the 70s I would get a dollar and buy baloney off the deli, do you know how much bologna I would bring home One dollar alone and we’re talking good baloney so imagine what you could get in 19 in the 50s so Elvis gave her one Rose and it was how would she say it? It was like it was ready to die. Lol what they couldn’t get a car it doesn’t mean it was the prettiest car probably like we had an old junker that you had to that it started and you gotta remember even taking a bus back then . I’m even thinking back in the 70s. It was like back in the 70s for me. It was like $.40 cents to take a bus, so you live back then you shouldn’t speak if you don’t believe in a story that’s fine. Everybody has their own opinion but to make up crap that’s called bull crap
In my opinion, EP might have been dyslexic. Very intelligent and talented people with artistic talent such as music gifts like EP or drawing/painting artists, dancers, memorization/ recall, music ear, theater scholars are dyslexic. I think God created them to think differently in order to have these gifts.
Hi Joe, I’m sorry about the loss of your friend. I’m sorry you are getting negative attention. But maybe it will help you to know what some of the issue is from what I have seen. I believe a lot of the Elvis fan’s are more upset about Lisa’s book being pushed aside. And all of these other stories that aren’t as important being talked about. I’m just telling you what I have been seeing. Lisa’s book does need to be read. I hope Lisa’s voice is heard. Priscilla and Scientology will win if not.

Oh, he definitely had a higher level of training for love me tender. It was required because Colonel Parker wasn’t going to have his boy hurt. But there’s indications that Elvis Presley horses before me tender, and the fact that he’d love to be in a cowboy and there’s a picture of him in 1953 with his cousin gene dress up cowboy Elvis Presley, if he had a chance would be on a horse whenever he could so he could emulate his heroes

Heck, SpaGuy found and interviewed the gentleman, Van Sandt, who cut another acetate with him that year! Elvis traveled alone to AL, to do this. They shared a meal. E needed a dollar for gas to get back to Memphis. Plus! He met a new girl there. It's a wonderful video of this story. Sorry, but I thought everyone knew you had to travel and play anywhere to get your name out there. My father did. 'Commonsensecical' right? 😅❤ Also today, watched the Smith's speak highly of the Stanleys. 2 actually. Word tracks from today's videos... 'Persevere' .. Used by one RUclipsr concerning new information on E. One of E's favorite sayings...a wiseman is able to change their mind, a fool never does. Pick that guitar Joe! Sounds good. 'My Boy, My Boy' 😅❤😊 Love your channel! You are so fair and calm. Elvis and I probably would have shot her computer out 😂😂😂👩💻
@@supowell1 and a blood cell the same age would be just fine ? and how do you know this ? they are using saliva from much older envelopes and stamps for dna evidence
In all honesty, DNA degrades over time we’re talking 50 years. Almost nothing is going to be testable unless it was protected by the elements probably not even a shirt with blood on it, but who knows. Just to give you an example DNA on degrades 90% within 45 days.

@@rubyeanes8370 You are so right about manners!

Elvis was a very natural rider. In tune with his horse!, I would of loved to see & pet that beautiful palimino!

Love You Both❤❤
Thank u for all your hard work! Appreciate the info! Interesting!
Love your show Joe thanks for the interviews that you do so we can learn more about our Idol Elvis❤
Thank you Joe for loving Elvis !!!
Yes it will!
Hi Dary ❤
I agree with you. Sometimes we even do stupid things for love.
I believe Elvis ❤ would go to the ends of the earth to be loved and give love, it was just how he was. Look what he did for his fans, even when he was so sick.

Hi Joe ❤
Thank you for explaining things so respectfully.
Some people are just closed minded. They have an opinion without listening to the facts. I'm always open minded, at first I thought What, then after listening to the book and Desiree my opinion is its true. Too many things add up to just dismiss everything. Some people have an opinion and stick with it and never even research.
Thank you Joe ❤
What a beautiful thing to say to those 3 boys.

I am going to ask Billy Smith when Elvis learned to ride a horse.
What year was Elvis riding a horse with Lucy?
I extend my most heartfelt prayers to your Wife and her Friend. I'm so sorry you lost your Mother at such a young age. I lift you up in prayers and prayers to everyone that needs them. 🙌💖
What a lovely and perceptive comment.
Well said stoppingnarcissism!
@@DaryMatera
Dary - I empathize with your position.

Elvis was a T teetotaler. despised alcohol

Dary, i wish you wouldnt call me ney sayer. i am only interested in thoroughly examining. then make up my mind😊
If Lucy is a liar, it is not.
a synonym for naysayer is critical thinker. There's not that many out there, and they know this
@@kim-e2n8i i checked. naysayer is someone who opposes , objects or criticizes ( in a negative way)( Oxford dictionary)
You'll see.
Wasn't that card also verified by Hamilton or another handwriting expert?
@@supowell1I'm not sure
Elvis worked at Crown Electric in 1953. if I am not wrong the salary was 32 dollars a week
Live playing and singing? Woohoo! 😂 A million likes! It was brief but I enjoyed it 😂
Ikr!!
Jerry schilling Joe espisedo Billy Stanley and his brothers all knew elvis very well having lived with him a longtime
After reading some excerpts from June's book,I am having a few doubts about Lucy's story now.Do you think that maybe Lucy read June's book and put part of June's words,in her book?
There are many books she could have read and watched many videos.
June wrote her book 10 years AFTER Lucy wrote hers. Oops.
June's book wasn't out until 1997
@@margarettaylor8107 How could Lucy watch videos in pre-computer age, 1980s?
Maybe June copied Lucy.
Ive ;wondered too, because Dyslexia is a form of genius However, ive heard his favorite subject was English in school
Buenas tardes Joe 👋

anyone can sit on a horse and have it walk. maybe someone eas leading them too. you need to train to trott, canter etc
@ i agree
what's being questioned here is the riding ability in 1953. A photo on a horse standing still isnt an answer
Hi
Mitte
He spelled "Anjelic".
I believe this story. When Elvis sings the song “Make the World Go Away “ it’s to Lucy ❤️
you could buy cheap wine for $2.50 in the 1980's....
People Should RESPECTFULLY disagree, and the ones that DON’T, well that says much more about them than anyone else. You have to respect Yourself before you can respect Anyone Else! ❤❤❤
We live in such a sensitive society. If we disagree with another person, or this disbelief of this story then all of a sudden, panties get in a wad. They do not believe in allowing anyone else to have a difference of opinion. They call it hate speech when all it is a difference of opinion.
@@margarettaylor8107 😅panties in a wad...sounds like something I would say You must be from the south or country like me😂
I'm a country girl and we all knew how to ride horses. Bareback most of the time.
Those who disagree with factual accounts are just stubborn mental cases with personal agendas.
Love it!
@@DaryMatera Hi Dary!
Lol. Bless her heart. That's what we say in the South. Reading is so important. Or, today, you can watch a video.
Earlier today, I watched a newly found reel of E. playing on a make shift stage/area, wearing short sleeves, 53' or early 54' The take away was, before fame, how he traveled and played any and everywhere to be seen and heard.
Also today, watched the Smith's speak highly of the Stanleys. 2 actually.
Word tracks from today's videos...
'Persevere' .. Used by one RUclipsr concerning new information on E.
One of E's favorite sayings...a wiseman is able to change their mind, a fool never does.
Pick that guitar Joe! Sounds good.
'My Boy, My Boy' 😅❤😊
Love your channel!
You are so fair and calm.
Elvis and I probably would have shot her computer out 😂😂😂👩💻
Hahah! I love the you and elvis would have shot the computer!!
Why did you put out a request for a piece of clothing with Elvis ' blood ? Why not a scarf with Elvis' skin cells ?
That scarf would be half a century old. The reliability of that kind of DNA evidence would be practically non-existent.
@@RareElvisPhotos these scarves, 1000s , many have been in sealed or framed glass.
