Agreed! I filmed the main tutorial before learning about the scenarios, and as I filmed the overviews for the end I got more and more pumped about what they bring to the game.
A very useful playthrough. Thank you, I'm weighing up whether to back this and I've never played Gentes but know it is well regarded and I have several of the designers other games which we enjoy. I do enjoy the Spielworxx games as well.
After watching your playthrough again I've backed it. I know some Spielworxx titles can be hard to find at retail and I don't want to miss out on this one. It looks very interesting.

Base game seems pretty similar, but those scenarios and the campaign seem amazing! Super excited!

If I hadn't seen it here and someone told me Gentes was popular enough to get a sequel, I would have laughed.
gentes 2.0! still would rather play the OG gentes...which is near perfect IMO!
Consider breaking out Scenarios & campaign overview to its own video!

why would you ever play with the roads....when u have a pioneer or a city ur getting free stuff using roads sops that UNLESS u build em...meh
