When is the college starting?
Would not recommend to do internship if college is about to open. Do it after summer placements. Take certifications to fill resume
@@SforShivani oh I have taken up one internship in digital marketing domain in a start up that will be starting from 28th june and colleges are are 5th july
1st semester is the most hectic time. You can give it a shot. If you feel you are not able to manage, then leave it

Need your advice . I have joined as an HR intern in a company . They are asking me to advertise hirings for sales internship and hire agents . Is it worth doing ?
Will you be taking interviews and shortlisting people?

Btw I will receive a basic stipend of 5k only when the agents under me make 20 sales and also the variable pay of Rs 150 per sales .
