Hi Abhay ! This could be bad if your profile has nothing else special. Focus on extra-curriculars in post-grad, do some skill development courses and participate in competitions. This can help compensate.

Get a high score in MBA entrance exam. Some companies do not consider school marks. Get a good college and all will be taken care of

Those who have higher age like more than 32 or 33 and not good in acads 10 and 12 but if they perform well in b school will get a good placement or not..
If you are in, then marks of school don't matter. However, a lot of sales based roles require freshers as they are easier to mould. Still, there are many companies who judge solely on the basis of performance. So, it depends on the kind of organisations that come for placements. You need not worry much. It is the responsibility of Placecom to get you placed
