Right there with you man. I came back to season 8 and it was fine for a bit until yesterday. I shot a kid for 29 dmg and he sat in a box and I stood there and he just sat there doing take the L and we both died to the storm. This game is sad
I tried playing for a few months last year. While I do think that Epic's way of marketing it was great, I personally didn't like the gameplay. I personally enjoy Apex Legends. I like First Person Shooters, and because of Legends and different abilities that is diverse to the point where certain characters are only for certain type of people, and it builds a skill gap. I love it.
I personally stop playing Fortnite because of the competition. It's like csgo having you spend consistent hours in order to get better. I played more csgo then I should be during the time in high school. Now with me in university I just cant spend time in Fortnite. The competition was really getting high leaving me to never play the game knowing I'll probably never win. Not only that I just dont have the hours or time to practice which sucks.

I don't really agree because shooting someone in the back and just killing someone in mili seconds in the back and him not being able to do anything about it apart from maybe shooting back but it wouldn't since you shot first so you're prob going to kill him. Building counters that because building is mainly what this game is about, you have a skill based system to build and protect yourself, imagine fornite without building everyone just getting it in the back randomly not being able to protect yourself with anything and at the final circle just standing in the open for everyone to shoot you, it would be horrible it just doesn't make sense, fornite without building just isn't fornite and that's why I dislike PUBG. About bloom, I think bloom can be annoying sometimes because if you're marker is on the player you should damage him but hopefully they'll reduce bloom in the future but that's not one of the main issues of the game for sure as most of the time if your shots are accurate, you'll do damage. The thing with the game is that building can be difficult for new players to understand and learn and master so they're introducing a lot of items to counter building and have gun play instead.. This I would agree to a certain extent but I also believe fornite should be similar to overwatch as in have a ranked system where people with the same skill level would be put in the same lobby and a casual mode where players of all skill level fight one another which is basically what we play now. The way it is now a player who just started the game can come up against someone who has 1000s of hours put into the game and is literally a pro player, it's just how it is and I think there should be a separate mode with matchmaking. Apart from that the game is very competitive there's a lot of tournaments and it is an Esport and players are taking the game more and more seriously as it goes by. Just watch Tfue or Any of the faze or team liquid and such play scrims against other really good players. This is something made by the community basically all good players against each other who all play for the win but this is something that's done by the community basically they just all start the game at the same time and get in the same lobby and it would be nice to actually be added into the game by Epic. Anyways i'd put some time into researching about it a little bit but apart from that have a nice day dude :)
You say if you and shoot your target in PubG they die because your a better player. But how are you a better player in Fortnite if you can't also use the building aspect of the game. I personally feel that you aren't a competitive gamer because all you consider skill is pure aim and gunplay. Just pointing that out.
