Think the trial lasts 14 days and if you subscribe you get 14 months instead of a year.

Thanks 4 ur time and info as well as ur transparency on ur teacher stats, which don’t look too promising. However, you should keep up the good fight if u enjoy it and see the benefit either financially and/orotherwise.

Classes aren't any better than you can find for free online. They charge you for the free trial without warning and refuse to reverse the charge. I had to dispute it with my bank. Would not recommend.

I have to agree and disagree with you at the same time. In some instances the courses are not better but is highly dependent on teacher. Also in some cases the video audio quality is horrible again dependent on teacher but some courses are amazing. The main benefit is no one is trying to sale you something like on RUclips so it is more educational foucused i.e. learning something. I have been a student many years and Ive seen amazing courses but at other times I don't understand how a course even made it to the publish phase. Overall the community feature for discussions is why I like skillshare because you can talk with instructors. However Skillshare does have some major company issues I have seen many complaints about charging students when they cancel membership plus their moderators cause more problems than benefits.

@@michaelsvlog Honestly I think most skillshare courses are just more organized youtube tutorials. And I am very worried about the free trial complaints since I just started a 2 month free trial three days ago.

@@harrywang6792 It definitely is more organized but you can also leave reviews to know if a teacher is incompetent. However without the organized factor I would not use skillshare I need quick and efficient and organized learning. I use both RUclips and Skillshare to enhance learning.

It is not worth it, just search for 'Why skillshare sucks' right here on youtube and watch the video. I experienced most of what is said in that video myself. Courses are incomplete at times, I followed an IT course and found the full course on the authors own website and indeed a chapter of it was missing on Skillshare. Video and audio quality is not better than youtube in most cases. Also remember there is no quality control, anyone can upload to skillshare and apart from that a lot of the content will just not be of interest to you.
Of course there is SOME good content on Skillshare but is it worth the subscription for that one course. Probably you would be better of buying a book on a topic and combine that with youtube courses.

You should know that if you sign up for a trial offer with this company - even after you cancel the service they will charge you anyway and then spend months refusing to respond to communications and literally send 20 page documents to your credit card company to draw out a disputed charge - there is no way to reach a human being at this company - they are beyond deceptive and dishonest.
