I think Harmonious hits really hard emotionally when you hear the story, about giving the songs to people from the country and asking them to give back how they do it. Knowing it’s a cultural reply, that is blended in harmony with other cultures from around the world means so much more.
The first time I saw harmonious, I was very skeptical until Moana began to play. The sweetest little girls next to me began singing along in Spanish, and it made me realize how even though I don’t speak Spanish, the song still had the same meaning to those little girls as it did to me. After that, it gave a whole new meaning to the show! Thank you guys for your amazing coverage of food and wine!

Harmonious has to be one of my favorite shows at the parks! Getting to hear the songs in their native languages was so freaking cool and that transition from Beauty & The Beast into Hellfire??? Made me feral. Also they use a song from the Hunchback musical which is WILD!
This comment made go check out the whole thing, and oh my god. I'm a huge sucker for Disney music- the Hercules music alone made me tear up- hearing the bit of it in Greek was amazing. The syncopation in Arabian Nights, omg? And heaven knows watching it wasn't the first time Someday has made me full-on cry. Something I did learn recently though, Someday is actually *not* an original from the musical- it's the ending credits song for the movie! It's a typical 90's Disney pop music outro, though- nothing compared to the way they did it in the musical.
Can I just say How Much I really like the little “smiling delighted Kitra” animated character you use whenever you give something “Five Kitras”!! Even more so than the “mildly surprised Peter” than accompanies Five Peters

I was at WDW in February when they had the Rainbow Connection performance on Spaceship Earth and I sat and watched it and cried. It was just so special. I totally agree that the 'magic' added to Spaceship Earth is such a glow up!

Everything looked so good! I also love crispy Brussel sprouts now lol. Didn’t like them as a kid but they didn’t make them like that back then. Happy you guys got to go back to EPCOT to experience all the new things.. and I agree- spaceship earth with all the lights looks amazing!
We just loved this video, haven't been to food and wine in a long long time and this made me look up tickets to go back this fall. Yum all the cheese! I think this is the best festival food as a whole I've see in the past few years.
My husband and I were walking with Kitra as you guys made your way to Simmering Sips. We told Kitra that we aren't the biggest fans of Harmonious. We liked the temporary show they had before starting Harmonious better; and we like Enchantment at Magic Kingdom better as well. We are going to have to make our way to Disney in Cali one day, Kitra had great things to say about the shows there. BTW, you calling Ibis, "Florida Ducks," cracked me up! 😆 It was so nice meeting you in person Kitra, and getting to chat with you as you went full speed ahead on that scooter! 😉 You guys are awesome and we really enjoy your content! Totally agree with you guys, it's like the new shows just don't pull at the heart strings like the old ones did! And to take up all of the lake for that stuff just doesn't seem worth it, honesty just some lit up fountains could accomplish the same thing. Love you guys!!

We were only there a day after our cruise, we have been home for a while. We didn’t get to see them but have sent our congratulations over the inter webs
So, its funny my parents, at least for the past few years have both been renting the electric scooters whenever we go to Disneyland, and they love them, my dad always zooms off from the rest if us to get into lines early and to scout out different areas. It just made me laugh. I hope your ankle feels better! And that you had fun zooming around haha, love you guys!!

I also get really bad motion sickness and was ok in guardians. I took a Dramamine in the morning and requested the front. I also get my eyes on the track even as we turned which I think really helped. I also think peters hypothesis about people drinking and being out in the sun is dead on. Ratatouille actually made me feel worse than guardians

Those birds are Ibis. We have them everywhere in Florida. I see flocks of them all over my neighborhood at dawn and dusk in the yards getting bugs out of the grass.

Epcot is one of our favorite parks in wdw and you need to experience it during a festival. Festival of the arts is our favorite because it’s not just food but a lot or art and entertainment as well.
Love your videos and love the cheese challenge. As a big bird nerd I just wanted to share that those long legged white birds are a type of shorebird called A White Ibis. Keep up the great work!

Guardians is probably the best ride in the world right now. My mom gets bad motion sickness and she said she didn't feel a thing when riding. I would highly suggest riding it if you get another chance.
If you guys ever decide to go to NYC you should go to a restaurant in the lower east side called Raclette it’s amazing. You said you don’t like Swiss but there are different cheese options.

My family and I just landed back in Hawaii from Florida. It’s crazy how spaced apart the parks are. What’s crazier than that was the heat! We did 1 day of every park and it was brutal with how much we covered. On top of that we did two days at universal which was okay. The weather at the time delayed a lot of the rides.
I feel the same way about the glow up for Spaceship Earth. As someone who grew up with EPCOT Center in the 80s, that addition to Spaceship Earth is incredible and embodies the spirit of how I felt about EPCOT back in the 80s. Harmonious is a good start. I feel like it has a good foundation, but they need to build and tweak it more. Wholeheartedly agree about the barges being an eyesore. The show is not worth having that there. I'd rather forgo having the show to not have the barges in World Showcase lagoon.
25:45 I believe it's feijoada, rather than feijoda? but close! That schinkennudeln looked amazing, the best mac & cheese casserole ever. Not even a huge cheese fan, but I'd be tempted to do the whole cheese tour!!!
I liked your decision to only go on Guardians TOGETHER. That was sweet. Getting the little cart for Kitra was also a great idea. The last time I went with my father to DisneyLand, I convinced him to rent one, and he had a wonderful time. Your commercial in the middle actually was very well written/performed (which is really not why I watch your channel). While I don't drink alcohol, your video really makes me want to take my sister to the Food & Wine Festival sometime (she really likes wine and beer). In fact, I texted my sister with a link to your video almost immediately! Hah! "And a little more cheese!" I spent a lot of time laughing. "Florida ducks!" Cheese!

Guardians is probably the best ride in the world right now. My mom gets bad motion sickness and she said she didn't feel a thing when riding. I would highly suggest riding it if you get another chance.
I plan to ride it eventually just wasn’t feeling great that day and didn’t wanna chance it :)

My family and I just landed back in Hawaii from Florida. It’s crazy how spaced apart the parks are. What’s crazier than that was the heat! We did 1 day of every park and it was brutal with how much we covered. On top of that we did two days at universal which was okay. The weather at the time delayed a lot of the rides.

I feel the same way about the glow up for Spaceship Earth. As someone who grew up with EPCOT Center in the 80s, that addition to Spaceship Earth is incredible and embodies the spirit of how I felt about EPCOT back in the 80s. Harmonious is a good start. I feel like it has a good foundation, but they need to build and tweak it more. Wholeheartedly agree about the barges being an eyesore. The show is not worth having that there. I'd rather forgo having the show to not have the barges in World Showcase lagoon.
Spaceship earth might be the best Disney structure ever created

I liked your decision to only go on Guardians TOGETHER. That was sweet. Getting the little cart for Kitra was also a great idea. The last time I went with my father to DisneyLand, I convinced him to rent one, and he had a wonderful time. Your commercial in the middle actually was very well written/performed (which is really not why I watch your channel). While I don't drink alcohol, your video really makes me want to take my sister to the Food & Wine Festival sometime (she really likes wine and beer). In fact, I texted my sister with a link to your video almost immediately!

I wish Epcot would offer night tickets for food and wine. Will be in Orlando for a night but can’t justify the price of an entire park day for a few hours of trying food and wine! But this is almost convincing me…
