You use terms that only a foodie would know. You knew that when wine is added to a dish, the alcohol should be cooked (or burned) off! Conversely, some other people on RUclips doing reviews don't know what a pierogi is. Pronounce Pate like one would pronounce "late". Ugh! I'm sorry but I can't trust their opinions of food when they seem to lack food "exposure". You won us over! You're doing it right! SUBSCRIBED today!!

Sup Demi! I just want to say it was so nice to meet you…it really made my day!😀 I’ve been to Food & Wine before, but this was my first time being there on opening day. I only tried a couple of things because I’m not one to eat a lot when it’s hot. I tried the Autumn chili, and I agree, it was really bland. The peanut butter beer at that booth was pretty good though. I also tried the buffalo wings and the pickle shake at the Brew-Wing Lab. This may be an unpopular opinion, but I actually liked the shake…I think it compliments the spicy wings. I’m amazed how you always put in so much work to get to all of these booths and then put out an amazing video less than a day later. You truly are the best and thank you so much again for allowing me to say hello even though you were really busy.💙
@@KateS1980 It made my day. However, it was almost no talking…I was a big ball of nerves and I clammed up. I definitely wasn’t prepared for it like Kramer was when he met Bette Midler. Demi is for sure so sweet, kind and awesome IRL…exactly as you see her in her videos.❤️

I love pimento cheese! A local restaurant here in Texas has this on the menu . But I do have to say here the pork skin comes out fresh still popping and it makes a big difference ! Love the video ❤

I hate that I usually cannot find a place to sit at the festivals. I'm old and need to sit not stand over a trash can. I may just book a table service because I really didn't see much that looked good at the booths.

Really concerned about food limitations and dietary restrictions. For your viewers, we know that Irritable bowl syndrome, flatulence, obesity and diabetes should be taken seriously. These food festivals have foods that have a lot of sodium and use of apples. Keeping safe should always be a top priority.
