Hi Lydia! Thanks so much for leaving this lovely note. I’m sure our paths will cross again. Looking forward to seeing you again in the parks or at the Contemporary! 😃
Thanks again Rob for this video! We will be there in 15 days and can't wait to try all of your recommendations. Question, for free water refill at stations, do you just walk up and refill your bottle or do you have to go to the counter and let them know you are refilling your water? Seems a silly question but I just want to be prepared lol.
Hello! In most cases, I just walk up. Sometimes there will be a cast member posted outside the restaurant encouraging everyone to mobile order. In that case, just let them know you are going in for water and they will welcome you in. Hope you have a great trip! 😃
Hey Rob!! Love the latest video!! X Our vacation is coming up… we’re travelling from the UK! in mid September.. This was not the video to watch when I just started my clean eating diet after vacation. LOL. It was everything because so many things look delish. I can't WAIT to see your Disney Paris videos to come out.
I know how you feel. We had to get back on our diet after eating all that food and now it’s already time for Not So Scary. 😩 As Lily Tomlin once said “I’ve gained and lost the same 10 pounds so many times, my cellulite must have deja vu.” 😅 Thanks for watching! 😃
I plan to go to Disney World at the end of September and keep hearing Magic Kingdom party days are great days to go to Magic Kingdom due to lower crowds. I would really appreciate if you could show us how much can get done during a party day. Thanks so much!
Yay! We’ve been waiting for this to drop. We are in Disneyland today for my bday (no better way to spend it). We will def be watching when we get back to the hotel!
Thanks once again for another video. They're really wonderful 😊off topic comment about your upcoming Disneyland Paris trip because there's something I recommend buying before the trip. Through the website or the app you can buy seats for the shows. They are theoretically free but on busy days you risk queuing for an hour and if the theatre is full they don't let you in. The tickets cost 15 euros per person per show but I think it's worth it because you can go there 30/15 minutes before your chosen show and you have good seats guaranteed. At the moment there are two shows: a Lion King one in Disneyland (it's different from the one in Animal Kingdom but it's really good) and Mickey and the Magician at the Studios (probably my favourite). They use both English and French so it's pretty easy to understand. Hope to have been helpful 😊
Sorry to hear you didn’t have the best experience. Consistency is always an issue (as we point out in this video). Sometimes I try something that everyone has raves about and it’s just blah. Hope you found a few things you really enjoyed, though. Thanks for watching! 😃
Hey Rob, I am Brazilian and would like to tell you that your first attempt on Feijoada was actually very good! (The second attempt not much haha) The "Jo" syllable of feijoada is spelled pretty much as you did on the first attempt - and as you did when you said "Pão de Queijo". The "Pão de Queijo" was also pretty close - Your pronunciation of "Queijo" was spot on, now, the pronunciation of "Pão" was incorrect. It is very common for English speakers to make the mistake of saying "Pão" without giving some tone/strength to the "a" letter with the "~" accent (ã), therefore, you spreak it openly and sound very much like "pal", as you would say the word "palm". The "ã" thetegore, has stronger/shorter tone. It sounds like the "a" you would speak when saying first "a" of the word "amperage". Other than that I would like to give you my complements on the good content! The info you provide is very helpful and entertaining! Thanks for the content!
Hot dang, eating our way through a vacation is what we do best. Great video Rob. This is a bit off the subject, but it is a question about EPCOT. As I understand extended hours for EPCOT is usually on Monday's. We'll be checking in on Monday Jan. 22, '24. We have park hopper passes, and reservations for Tuesday, and Wednesday of that week. Here's the question my friend. We are staying at the Contemporary, and I was wondering if it's worth the money to buy a one day pass to EPCOT on that Monday just to take advantage of the extended hours. I know it's kinda odd to ask about the money while staying at the Contemporary 😀, and it's more of a "what would I want to do" question, but I was wondering about your opinions. Thank you for entertaining my crazy questions Rob.
Hi Jim! For me, Epcot is the weakest of the Extended Evening Hours events because everyone is trying to ride the same 3 or 4 rides and so the lines stay pretty long. Also, you can’t really enjoy World Showcase during the event. If it were me, I’d say enjoy your afternoon either at your resort or Springs and wake up refreshed for your first park day. Hope you have an amazing vacation whichever plan you pick. It’s a great time to be here.
@@EarScouts Good advice Rob, thank you so much. We'll do the enjoying the Contemporary inside, and out. And maybe amble over the Floridian for some dinner.
@@wanted-33 I’ll agree with Rob too! Having visited the parks during the same week that you plan to visit, I think you will have plenty of time to enjoy EPCOT on your already planned park hopping days. We love relaxing on the evening of our arrival and your in the best possible location at the contemporary! You could do a monorail crawl and enjoy the themed lounges at each of the resorts. Fine at Grand Flo like your mentioned. Enjoy the MK fireworks from the balcony at the Contemporary. Even take the monorail line for a loop through EPCOT. wishing you a great trip!
I'm so happy you're giving the Ireland booth the love it deserves!! Just as you say, Disney is inconsistent. The seafood pie was delicious when I had it last year, and that chocolate cake is the stuff of dreams ✨️ I have to disagree respectfully with the switch from brioche to croissant aux escargots though: the buttery, light flakiness of the croissant layers enhances the escargots, parsley, and garlic. I lost the escargots a bit in the brioche because the bread-to-filling ratio was so big. Also, the croissant is the OG, and brioche substituted it just last year
You mentioned not liking any of the tortillas you had. They looked corn to me and if that's the case, they also didn't look cooked at all. Corn tortillas are way better when cooked over some heat. Takes away the weird texture.
Hello - yes, they had a weird issue this year with the corn tortillas. You may be right - the problem might have just been they were improperly prepared because we’ve always been fine with Disney tortillas in the past. They also may have changed their supplier for this festival. 🤷♂️ Hopefully they fix it - and that should be easy to do if the only issue is heating them correctly.
@@EarScouts big same! Hubby and I will be there next month for our honeymoon. Looking forward to spending a few days in Epcot to appreciate this awesome festival! As always thanks for your insightful videos!
How could they mess up the Canada eats? I was there july 28 and it was great just like it is every year. Based on your vid I would have requested a better piece of steak tbh.
You pronounced it almost right when you said Feijoada the first time. Just bring your tone down when you say the last “da”. The A will sound more like Anna, then like Animal. I don’t know if I was able to explain. Pao de Queijo or Cheese Bread it’s the best! We eat that on Breakfast or on a late breakfast we usually do around tea time. Like 5pm .
I was really disappointed with America’s selection. The lobster rolls they used to serve were my favorite festival item. I was bummed that they aren’t serving it this year 😢
Hmm - did you watch the whole video? We actually liked a lot more dishes than we disliked. I went back and counted and it was about 2-1 likes vs dislikes. That’s pretty consistent with other festivals. They’re certainly not all winners, but overall we enjoy trying all the new food and find lots of things we really love.
@@EarScouts sure didn’t seem that way. Seemed you made a bigger deal about all the dislikes. Maybe next year since we already cancelled flight and Grand Floridian.

@@EarScouts I love Lily Tomlin and love that quote. It is so true! thanks for all the great content! xo
When are you in paris?! I’ll look out for you! I’m there 22-26th august
Hi Jessica - we are there Aug 28 - Sep 4. Sounds like we’ll just miss each other, unfortunately. 😕 Hope you have a great time, though!
Yay! Can’t wait
Hope you enjoy it!
Wow - I’m jealous! Wish we were at Disneyland today. 😃 Hope you have a great time!
Hey Rob! Thank you as always for the great video! Quick question if you have time. Do they put the Remy’s in new locations from year to year?
Hello! I know for sure they are sometimes in the same spot, but they are definitely not all in the same spots. Thanks for watching! 😃
I was there the day you recorded this....I saw you in Germany.
Thank you so much for this tip - that is really helpful. I’ll have a look at the website now to check the tickets. 😃
I'm going at the end of August, feel free to ask if you have any other doubts 😊
@@agnesepuppo4838 Thank you!
Great video, really fun.
How did you manage to eat all that food though?! 😂
We were there last week and most of the food was underwhelming, still had a great time though and thank you for the tips
(The second attempt not much haha)
The "Jo" syllable of feijoada is spelled pretty much as you did on the first attempt - and as you did when you said "Pão de Queijo".
Really took one for the team , Rob and Eric , eating all that food for the sake of your viewers 😉. That’s dedication !
Lol - it’s a rough life sometimes. 😅 Hope you enjoyed it, though! Thanks for watching! 😃
@@Pengypal2850 How exciting! Have a magical honeymoon!
@@disneyjenn1671 oh thank you so much!
The pickle shake just tastes like a shamrock shake to me lol
How could they mess up the Canada eats? I was there july 28 and it was great just like it is every year. Based on your vid I would have requested a better piece of steak tbh.
Hi Brandon - exactly! We love those dishes, but they were not at their best when we visited. Hopefully they are better now. Thanks for watching! 😃
Don't lie, you're playing Genie slots in-between booths ;)
Lol - I need a shirt that says “I’d rather be playing the Genie Slots.” 😂🧞♂️🎰
You pronounced it almost right when you said Feijoada the first time. Just bring your tone down when you say the last “da”. The A will sound more like Anna, then like Animal. I don’t know if I was able to explain. Pao de Queijo or Cheese Bread it’s the best! We eat that on Breakfast or on a late breakfast we usually do around tea time. Like 5pm .
Thanks for the help with that one! 😃
Sounds like Disney doesn't know that corn tortillas need to be cooked ;)
I was really disappointed with America’s selection. The lobster rolls they used to serve were my favorite festival item. I was bummed that they aren’t serving it this year 😢
Gyros It is pronounced als ‘chie-ross’
Thanks so much! So “chie” is like child without the ld and then Ross like the character from friends?
Thanks so much! So “chie” is like child without the ld and then Ross like the character from friends?
@@EarScouts Hmm, a bit softer. More like inbetween chie and year maybe. For the rest, yes.
After watching this seeing how he disliked most of the food we cancelled out trip.
