  • Learning how to do a walk around (Powerful Presentation) is one of the most important factors to sell more cars by getting customers excited about the vehicle. This is done by thoroughly explaining the features, what life is like without them, and how having a particular feature will benefit them. In this video Brian Maxwell gives an example of how to do a walk around that keeps your customers engaged, gets them excited, and motivates them to buy from you!

Kudos brother Brian on publishing help guides and demoing walk around demos. I understand folks complaining about the length or info overload, but as you know, car sales is an art and a science. It’s easy to teach the science, but hard to teach the art.

Well done man, first video I’ve found that someone isn’t trying to sell themselves. Just a good clean feature, function, benefit walk around you can use on any vehicle.

Hey Brian I like how you were painting pictures and then using Tie down questions to reinforce them. 100% this customer would have bought.

No1 deal in sales, listen to what the customer wants then help them find the right product for them.
You run the risk of allowing the customer to lose interest as you go on and on about the ‘benefits’ that he potentially doesn’t care about.
Don’t get me wrong certainly mention them but fairly briefly and allow them to tell you what interests them and ask further questions.
It’s nice to see you are informed with the product, but too much information in a short period of time can frustrate customers

I know this comment a year old but I actually received training on focusing on what the customer has told me so far based on their needs. This is super helpful information

Love the guides on what to do and what to say, but I find it easier to ask questions and ask what the prospect is looking for specifically. I’m in property management/leasing now and my usual questions are, what are they comparing it to, what was the pros and cons of their previous car/apartment, how long have they been in the market etc. You ask your prospect the right questions, they will literally sing for you, happy sales!

I hear you and your opinion is highly valued but please obeeatand that YOU may not like it but a sales process can NEVER be based anecdotally (means based off one or minimal perspectives) because studies of over 1500 customers 80% appreciated the sales rep going above and beyond by over delivering and it helped them decide to buy.
What is your method? If you have a video or channel post it and I'll check it out or shoot me a link of your method. Thanks 😊

This presentation is Salesman focused as opposed to Client focused. Give info as it comes up. Let the client lead and guide appropriately.

Let the customer lead??? You should watch the latest video on why you should NEVER do that doing the walk-around (presentation)

I'm glad you showed your animal awareness on my channel.. A sales training class is for selling not animal awareness. Your comment shows you are probably someone who wants to be in sales but due to lack of confidence and skill you go online to vent and be antagonistic. I appreciate and recognize it and it's ok. You keep pushing and things will get better

Ok now we talking ... 100% on the first 2:00 mins. All that was 100% of what a salemen should be doing vs what those trainers that are selling to dealerships are saying to do . Still too much talk and not enough walking ... sell dont tell. No everthing has to be covered in one shot. Knowing the market position and being honest of your products market position can help that... Why was he there looking at that Dodge? You sell to that.
