Facts
I have been told that 70 percent of people do not buy the vehicle that they come to the dealership for. I agree in general about the need to dive deep into the customers needs but from my experience, unless the customers are older and dont want to walk, most people want to look at the inventory. You can talk about their needs as you walk around. I make notes on a small notepad as i go. I am regarded as a top seller too.

What are my kids name and all of that nonsense has nothing to do with the bottom line number. When I walk inside your dealership, I already know exactly what car I’m going to buy and where it’s sitting in your lot, trust me that I’ve already done all my homework so I don’t need you to figure out what I need, I just need you to get those numbers right so I can decide if we can do a deal or not. How would you feel if I came into your dealership and started asking you all of those personal questions? You know damn well you don’t care who else’ is going to be driving my car LMAO!!!
