    Hey Brian, one problem I am facing is I have so many CRM phone calls to make and emails and photos to take. I feel I’m ignoring the opportunity for ups. Any recommendations or a video to maybe have a good strategy to tackling this challenge?

    this is really good info. But unfortunately at my dealership, we have a separate department that makes the initial call with a customer. Then, if an appointment is set by the “BDR,” it is up for the taking to anyone that is in “rotation” on the floor once they show up.
    If an appointment isn’t set, and its been at-least 3 days since last contact, then we can reach out as the sales people & try to get them in the door. I hate this system because the BDR’s at my dealer love to spam the customer with emails, texts, & calls. Nowadays customers are much smarter and wiser, although they bring in many appointments, it makes it so much harder to bring in a customer ourselves.

    Hey Brian, thank you so much for your videos. I just started setting appointments over a month ago. One issue that I keep running into, is having a customer that's interested in coming to look at a model that we don't have on our lot. We may have the Civic EX, but they want to look at the EX-L. We are the biggest Honda dealership in Alabama, so getting the specific car isn't a problem, but getting it before the customer comes in could be. How do I get them to still come in after they ask us if we have the car they want, without having to lie about it or losing their interest? We have been having a shortage of certain vehicles on our lot lately, and it's been a source of stress.

      Have them come in to drive the make. It drives the same as the desired model. The model only differs by its attributes or tech.

      Hey Nic, I saw your question on another comment about giving a range when there is only one preowned option. I think you said the vehicle was a mustang. You can still use the method like this if they ask about the price. What's the price on the Mustang "Thank you for asking, the good news is we have Certified Preowned vehicles ranging from (lowest) to (Mustang price). Most people want to come in to check it out. I have an opening this afternoon at 4 pm or tomorrow morning at 11 am. Which one of these work best for you?"
      As you can see you can still use the method to explain the range with or without giving the exact price. I hope this helps.

    All due respect: this is not prospecting. This is responding to a lead.

    • @Brian.Maxwell
      @Brian.Maxwell  7 месяцев назад +1

      Prospecting my friend is anything your're doing other than selling while communicating with potential customers. This is the problem...everybody wants to get online to show someone how wrong they are when they're incorrect themselves. How can it be ANYTHING other than prospecting WHENEVER you're communicating with a potential customer. The very meaning of a prospect is a potential customer which means anytime you're speaking with anyone interested in your product or services it's prospecting. Thanks for the correction that I just corrected. Enjoy!
