Thank you Brian! I can’t believe you are giving this advice away for free. I am learning as much as I can to become a salesman and take what I want from life.
I feel I learn more from him selling his training sessions than his actual advice.
I think I’ve gotten more training watching your videos than I have by my own dealership lol
Thank you Another Day With A
On number two, that’s why a customer should get approved for finance before they get to the dealership. But, these are great objection deflectors.
I’m closing a deal with this in the morning.
Watching at 12:48AM 🙃
Hope it helped!
Man your literally one of the best people to go to see and have results to the very next customer I wish you were recognized like you're supposed to due to your potential but keep doing what your doing I love it
Thank you very much. When do you feel you'll start training with me?
I tend to watch these videos before looking at automobiles. Yours are the only ones that do not leave me feeling disgusted.
Thank you Trevor...I hope it's made your car buying experience better
Keep up the great work Brian you are one of the best if not the best automotive trainer on RUclips you deserve way more subscribers
Finally RUclips recommended something worth watching. Thanks @Brian
Thank you Q
He is awesome!!! Just found him!!
This is not 'Sales' training, this is 'Customer' training. Any prospect that watches this knows exactly what is happening across the table. Thanks~!
Wow man thank you for making these videos. This is the same training I received when I started in the car industry. This having this on you tube will reinforce the training I do with my team.

For giving us your knowledge I’ve been a sub for awhile just never really comment when the teacher is speaking! But today I wanted to..
Thanks again sir!

When they try to leave its either the man, the machine, or the money ask them which one that is
So true Michael. You can also get the Free audio "How to Make a Positive Impression During a Pandemic". Go to spoar.us/FreeReport.html and you will see the NEW special gift
@@Brian.Maxwell Carvana. Scumbag.
A customer is going to move off the concept of trade because the sales person uses the words "we will buy!" Sure they will.
Thankyou
You're welcome and thank you. Do you work at a dealership?
Brian Maxwell I interviewed last week and got the job. I called sales manager this morning and I start training next week. I’ve been taking notes on your video the last two days. Salary + Incentives. (Volvo, Ford, Mazda)
Very anxious btw for next week.. 😬
@@therealglocka why haven't downloaded the sales training videos?
Brian Maxwell Well I’m 22 and I can’t really afford to buy anything as of right now hence the reason I’m trying to get started with this job.
Awesome tutorial, price is too high! It’s more than I want to spend! What’s your response to that?!
I got you. I'll send you a link to the video that goes over this
@@Brian.Maxwell Can you link the video here? I'd like to view it as well.
I bought the 7 dollar course how do I access it
It was sent to your email
Or im just looking thats mainly there main objection and drive off.
I will find another way to say it... Perhaps I would simply say , "I have suddenly decided not to buy a car"...
But wait, what do you actually have to do to actually let the customer actually know what they are actually getting themselves into, actually?
Great question Morsteen, You can also get the Free audio "How to Make a Positive Impression During a Pandemic". Go to spoar.us/FreeReport.html and you will see the NEW special gift
@@Brian.Maxwell yeah but in all actuality it doesn't actually feel like an actual gift, because you aren't actually handing it to be personally with any sort of actual card that actually tells me how you actualy feel about our actual friendship. That is, if you even actually care that much, actually.
I never buy from a dealer that can’t give me the out the door price on the phone No four square tricks and no fees.
Me neither. They want you to come in the dealership, so they can try to sell you everything they can to make a profit. Plus you can always hang up the phone.
Me either. Four square = instant exit.
bro...talk to me...don't yell at me...wtf?
Does your wife make all the decisions?
