Heavy Metal didn't evolve in a vacuum -- it traces back, partly, also, to big brass jazz combos. . . ("heavy metal" get it?); rock traces back to Blues(cf Elvis)

Thank you, this playlist helped me to complete a ballad I had been struggling with which was long overdue by two weeks:
The Nameless Poet
The nameless Poet sings a desperate song,
Clawing the walls of a looming keep,
She fights for all who sing along,
With sharpened pen and bloody ink.
Her fingers bleed, she couldn’t care,
For the great play resides behind,
The mortar and brick, it rules unfair,
While her sharpened pen bleeds her mind.
The poet sings a desperate song,
Striking through the walls, concrete,
She bleeds for those who sing along,
Her sharpened pen writes her heartbeat.
Breaking her bones to fit through the wall,
She sees the great play, corrupt with power,
But it’s loyal subjects crowd the halls,
The battle is upon her, she shall not cower.
The poet sings a desperate song,
Fighting for glory, tearing rivals apart,
She cries for those who sing along,
For they sing from within her own heart.
As she pulls her pen from out a final foe,
Blood pools the floor, theirs and her own.
The great play cowers on its twisted throne,
As she readies her pen, her name shall be known.
The poet sang a desperate song,
Draining her blood from pen onto page,
Now nobody sings along,
But they know her name.
Omg!! It is beautiful. ❤️😍

Definitely add some Dvorak if you should make another version of this playlist. Notably, "New World Symphony", movements 1 and 4, would be good. Other suggestions include some of Vivaldi's concertos for violin (e.g. RV522, "Concerto for Two Violins in A Minor", and RV580, "Concerto for Four Violins in B Minor"), Gustav Holst's "The Planets" (especially "Mars"), and more Tchaikovsky (without a doubt including "Marche Slave"). Nonetheless, great list with some fantastic picks.
Hi! We always do our best to provide you with enjoyable music collections. We're very happy to hear that you enjoy our work and we hope you can add this video to your Favorites ;)
Verdi's Dies Irae is even more epic than Mozart's. Definitely include that.
Also add these two: 1) "Baba Yaga" movement from "Pictures at an Exhibition," and "The Asteroid Belt" from the original Star Wars (John Williams). I know that film scores may not apply here, but jeez, that scene's music is heavy, fierce and epic.
Correction: The Asteroid Field music is in "Empire Strikes Back"
