I actually had someone in my class that was rlly rich, though she bragged about it to much. I remember a few days before Halloween she was like, "I can't go trick-or-treating bc the houses in my neighborhood are like 5 miles apart and there are only 6 houses on my street." Then she tried hiding her IPhone 11 in her bag during dismissal just so she'd get attention

I'm actually pretty wealthy but I actually can't go trick-or-treating because I live in Beverly Hills(not a flex) and literally nobody would be in the mood for halloween. When I was in Seattle almost everyone had lights during halloween, candy buckets(obviously) and a lot of decorations-

To be fair, that can happen. I had a friend that always wore second hand clothes, and didn’t even have a water bottle, she’d fill up a juice box at the water fountain for dance practice, but her house was GORGEOUS, it was so big. I think her family spent too much on the deposit

I have the opposite of this. One of my friends is insanely rich, like, she lives in a mansion and spends $100 on clothing in a single lunch period while online shopping, and she insists she’s not rich lol. Like bruh you’ve spent $200 alone on cafeteria food and my family can’t afford to fix our dishwasher or go on vacation while you’re sipping champagne in Costa Rica with your airpods and Gucci heels. There’s no shame in being well off and if you want to flex go ahead but at least own up to it.

I had a girl in my kindergarten class who said she was rich, that nothing was expensive to her, her dad bought her whatever she wanted, and that she lived in a castle. Me and my friend believed her until I went trick or treating in my garbage neighborhood with tiny houses and came upon her house. I laughed in her face about lying and left without getting my candy.

I have a girl in my class who keeps saying she’s rich. She once said her dad was the director of this show that she loved and that if she wanted another season he could make one but then later she said that her dad was the CEO of Gucci. She also has these shoes from guess that she tells everyone are Gucci. The worst part is whenever me and my best friend are like “no, your not rich” her friend group comes in and are like “well you don’t know that”

There’s this girl in my class, who I’ll call sally, and sally, her mother owns this company, but it’s not that big, like it’s only popular where I live ig, and I’ve been stuck with her since kindergarten. Sally is honestly one of the brattiest kids I’ve met. She brought in a receipt saying she payed for a limo (which is a lie), but I don’t think so, bc sally can’t call limos. Pretty sure u need to be 18+ to do that. Also, she is best friends with one of my other friends, idk if their actually best friends, my other friend looks like she doesn’t even wanna be friends with her. That friend, whom is best friends with sally, has another best friend, and one time in 4th grade Sally’s like “insert friends name, this is how best friends are supposed to walk!” and she just bratty. She also goes to Barbados every late January. And then last year, when coronavirus first started, her mom went to this event in Toronto, and apparently a case was reported there, and Sally’s like “Omg I might have coronavirus my mom and I were there! I’m gonna have to stay home!” But there was no indication she had coronavirus, and I’m pretty sure she was at camp. Luckily she’s going to another middle school next year, so I don’t have to deal with her anymore

Actually, though, my grandmother lived in an Indian castle with her royal family. People usually don’t believe me, and it’s fine if they don’t, but they also think it would be like the castles in Europe. It is not as large, but it is still a castle. My family used to be rich, but now we have a good amount of money, not little nor a lot. People always ask me why I moved to the U.S. from India if my family was royalty and we could live in the castle.
1. Royalty doesn’t work anymore. The government controls things. Royals have no power over people anymore.
2. My family wants to have a normal life. Plus, we have to work for our money.
