I know this is weird to say on a league of legends video but thank you so much Pekin. I've had a hard time recently with moving and in a few hours, we're putting down my cat, my best friend, of 16 years. Watching youtube in general is a great distraction for me and it's really nice watching your videos over the past week while dealing with all the emotions that are happening.
i am going through some shit lately as well and i concur. life will continue, we will make it to the next day, and then the next day after that. the world keeps spinning and we keep breathing. ultimately things will work out, but it is still so nice to be able to get immersed in these videos and quiet the brain for a serene moment, give it something chill and fun to focus on.

Herald not going the right direction at 16:10 might be caused by the new "Clamp cast target location within max range" setting. If you have that turned on, it fucks with a lot of linear abilities because it is incredibly glitchy.
Nah it happens regardless, I have that turned off and it's happened to me several times

With the hybrid damage Smolder deals it almsot feels like they wanted a champ similar to corki, its surprising he doesnt have any actual AP damage in his kit apart from passive stacks given the ratios on all his abilities

Shadowflame burn is amplified to 30% on dots though, and his bleed is a dot. Still dont know if it would be worth it though.

You actually get 4 stacks, but the visual only shows 3 stacks. Probably because you lasthit AND championhit and it gets confused.
at 9:23 it shows it correctly though, when it is only one minion and chamionhit.
still feel like nashors would make this 100x better even without E applying on hits, AP ratios are way too low to have consistent enough damage in a higher elo so if your team fights when your ulti is down you’re just completely boned. Maybe riftmaker slot? I’m probably completely wrong, just sharing gut feeling.

I was specifically looking for the +1 stack text on the closest raptor and didn't notice the +4 further away. Good to know I'm just blind and it works for future games 🎯

@@omicronixzerus2929 he was talking about on his first Q to clear, he expected the +1 text, but it showed +4 farther away because of how the stack text shows up over groups. He clearly understands looking back that the text showed up
@@WonkiestNebula My comment was made when his earlier reply was unedited, and said that he "wondered why they didn't have text for raptors." He later edited that comment to say what it does now. Either way, he knows now and the conflict is resolved :)

~21:00 TBF Mom would have almost a 2 minute cooldown without any CDR. You have it a little below 1 minute but you have 70 haste plus 30 from malignance so your cooldown is half the base.
I feel like 2 minutes is fairly typical cooldown for a level 2 ult, maybe even on the long side isn’t it?
I think Smolder hybrid AD/AP is the best for him. Some pen items for his physical damage, with AP for the raw numbers.

Wouldnt seryldas grudge be a pretty good finisher? All the stats are useful and you were looking for some kind of damage pen
LDR might be better cuz your stuff scales with Crit also Seryldas has weird armor pen % where it scales with Lethality and I had none
@@PekinWoofGrudge has lethality now and haste which feeds into its own % pen. Probably the better last item most games.

I would actually go for a LDR as a last item as it increases both physical and magical damage to enemies higher health than you, and given the majority of your damage as an AP Smolder is AD it would make sense, and seeing as every stat from LDR is beneficial it looks like a great pick
Building LDR for that passive alone isn't good in the slightest, his build focuses around AP so he's losing a ton of benefits, if you want damage on champs with lots of HP go liandries, you apply it constantly on Q and W
@@KingMidas-my5rb The ad armor pen% and crit chance are stats that would highly benefit this build as the majority of the damage is physical, 100 armor reduces physical damage by 50% simply buying LDR would reduce that down to 60 effective armor, thats a damage increase much more significant than buying another ap item
Don't know if you misspoke or just dont know, but hitting enemy champs with *any* ability as Smolder gives you Stacks, not just Q
