We don't have the exact weight of the seats, but I would say they are around 20kg.

Hi mate. What are the names of the parts you show when removing the seats? The black plastic clip which you show at 3.00 and 3.20 - I need to buy both of these but can’t find them because I’m not sure what to call them exactly!

Hi, the plastic cover at 3:00 is called 'Cover Cap', part number 8P0 886 197. The part at 3:20 is called 'Clamp' in the parts catalogue, part number: 1K0 886 193 C.

Ideally yes, as it make access to the bolts much easier.

No, nothing specific. Basically the reverse of the way they came out.
