what is minority..?.? it is not defined in our construction.... i mean who are in minority?. and what are there guidelines to call someone a minority community?? 2% hindu in lakshadweep are called majority and 97% muslim are called as minority 😂😂😂😂 i don’t know how.. and same goes with mizoram 😂😂😂... Sad thing is there is no guideline for majority and minority and still ........

Because nowhere in the Constitution the word ‘Emergency' is used for President rule(Article 356 & Article 365)...
In laxmikant new edition it is used. "STATE EMERGENCY". Confused.

sir you have mentioned that bicameralism is present only at the Union level in the form of Lok Sabha and rajya Sabha. Don't you think that Legislative assembly (Vidhan Sabha) and Legislative Council (Vidhan Parishad) at state level though only in seven states is also a form of bicameralism at the State level?
