No, skills are acquired in due course of time. Investing us with time and effort makes our skills...and we in corporate need to train new people as they don't have any idea of software in early-stage
The main issue with the education system is the gap between what colleges teach and the technologies actually used in the industry. As a result, students struggle to relate their learning to real-world work, and when they start a job, they often begin from scratch, expecting companies to train them from the ground up.
I would disagree .The economy is small .If employees are really needed then they would hire anyone .But as they dont want to hire more so the weaker section i.e the students are blamed .I would say that there are not enough jobs for all .
Disgree, I know my batchmates who knew nothing about the existence of leetcode or some who knew nothing about technology and programming who are now working as “developers“. It depends on your luck, market situation and if companies need to fill a position urgently they will hire the candidate nevertheless. Now market is not preforming well, demand is less so many are unemployed or are taking low wage jobs.
Sir, it's an amazing video. Each and every word of this video is relatable to me. People have to follow their passion, ekdum true. Kindly keep creating such kind of videos and help us.
this is all because of government failures on creating other sector jobs....and IT is something government has no role to play in....just cheap labors available in India as compared to US is only reason for this sector to flourish in India....but it is kind of job which kills creativity in u because it doesn't cater to creativity just sitting infront of laptop to code
Before comparing salaries between India and the US, consider these key factors: 1- Cost of living: Expenses in India vs. the US vary significantly. 2- Talent supply: The number of engineers produced in India vs. the US. 3- Education quality: Compare the standards of education in both countries. 4- Engineer quality: Evaluate the skill level and expertise of engineers in India vs. the US. These aspects will help you form a more balanced conclusion.
5:17 exactly the reality of students in India currently. Need to understand how to level up not just by using the traditional methods but adopting to the change.
- Consistency and Passion is the key to unlock everything. - Do practice more n more. - When you do which you like the most, result of that will be most amazing.
The mismatch between supply and demand is a key factor here. Although the supply of IT professionals continues to increase each year, the demand has not kept pace. As a result, we're seeing higher levels of unemployment and job scarcity in the IT sector.
The Truth is discussed in the video and we students need to understand the Reality and improve skills which are necessary and even you(we) are interested🙂 and need to explore various fields in 4 years of b-tech like ❤finance, Tech(of course), Investing...❤
@@IamPradeepKumarSaini I appreciate your help. But what kind of skill should I learn means AI & ML, web development, cyber security or something else???

You already have solid experience in the IT industry. My suggestion is to dive deeper into everything you work on. Always ask why and how things work. For example, if you're recommending Redis as a solution, you should understand the reasons behind it and the benefits it offers post-implementation. Additionally, focus on enhancing your skills in system design and problem-solving, as they are crucial for growth in advanced roles.
