I have been out of boat racing for many years so I dont see much news on it. I’m glad a good friend of mine sent this set of videos to me. Paul is not only a great guy, he is an ambassador for the sport. He is one of the few that litigated rules that were good for the class, not for his success. I appreciated what he fought so hard for. Next interview/meet the greats “I” think you should go to a guy that’s got a few world titles, numerous wins, the one that got me into boat racing.. the man, the myth and the legend Justin Brooks. He’s got great ideas, knows every class like the back of his hand and isn’t scared to tell you what’s 100% on his mind. Great job as always!!
Great interview. Your show is unique and exhibits the inside of drag boat racing. I would you reach out to Darris Allison and Glen Reynolds’s to see if they come on for interviews. I visited Nancy and Darris April 9, 2022 and Darris told me stories for an hour. Darris is now in his seventies and sharp as ever. Glen is also a wonderful interview. Reynolds’s Marine Kingston Tn and Allison Boats at Louisville Tn.
