Mission: Impossible NES PAL v.s. NTSC version differences

A couple of years ago when I started on youtube I reviewed one of my all-time favorite NES games: Mission Impossible. The game has to be one of hardest NES games of all time!
It appears that the difficulty of the PAL version is a little bit different then the NTSC version which is an older built of the game.
The PAL version appears to have some minor tweaks but also a bug! So just like Metal Gear, Konami made some minor changes for the PAL region.
