    Smoky flavoured Tandoori Chicken without oven/grill/tandoor/charcoal
    Make deep cuts on chicken thighs
    First marination
    Chicken Thighs/legs 1 kg
    Salt to taste
    Red chilly powder 1tbsp
    Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
    Lemon juice 3tbsp
    Mix well and let it rest for 10-15 minutes
    Second marination
    Hung Curd 1 cup
    Kashmiri red chilly powder 2 tbsp
    (I didn’t use any food color)
    Salt to taste
    Coriander powder 1 tsp
    Cumin powder 1tsp
    Tandoori Masala 2tbsp
    Fenugreek leaves 1 tsp
    Oil 1 tbsp
    Mix well
    Marinate chicken with above mix for 2 hours or overnight
    Heat a grill pan with butter 2-3 tbsp
    Grill chicken evenly on all sides for 3-4 minutes on medium heat until chicken is cooked perfectly
    For Smoky Flavor
    Heat a chapati wire rack on stove and place cooked chicken
    Cook for a minute on each side
    Tandoori Chicken is ready!
    Serve hot! Enjoy!
