    Man, I love your energy! I'm starting my journey this week. I wanted to wait till october (my contract ends this month) but I'm so fired up I can't wait. Watching videos like this just motivates me so much. I'm a history major btw, so go figure haha.

    I like your delivery (and the background music).
    I started Freecode camp but only completed 33%. My progress was slow, and the path was long.
    Hence my delay in joining the Odin Project.
    The calculator and etch a sketch looked really cool.
    Thank you for your time.

      Appreciate the feedback! I've been trying to do that with my monthly update videos, maybe I should change the name and make it more Odin project specific!

      @@MichaelWhiteDev I would enjoy that. I see that there are a toooon of people researching TOP and are looking into doing it. You would be the first one to do it. Especially if you went into details from the beginning. Maybe talk about your experiences, high and low. Show your projects and talk about your process and what was hard for you etc.. I know I would be interested in that since we all have so many doubts about it.

    Hello Micheal just started the Odin Project three weeks ago, am at the stage where you have to do "free code camp" - responsive web dev", how long did it take you to complete this section ...overall a very interesting education software dev tools and site thought?

    • @MichaelWhiteDev
      @MichaelWhiteDev  3 года назад +5

      I was coding 4 - 5 hours a day and got through it in about a week. I really wish I spent more time digesting the css section, specifically the css and flexbox sections. I use those in literally every project and still have some problems with sizing everything.
      You'll end up using almost everything you cover in that section at some point so take your time!
