There is really no end to the amount of good xenoblade tracks across the series. Really just pick a random track from the series and odds are it’s phenomenal. They range from super hard rock to slow and somber orchestral themes. Just a few of my personal favorites from each game: XC1 - main theme, mechanical rhythm, you will know our names, thoughts enshrined XC2 - the tomorrow with you, incoming, counterattack, battle (torna), walking with you XC3 - A life sent on, the weight of life, moebius battle, cent-omnia region (day), the bereaved and those left behind
Honestly for XC3 not a single track stuck with me as much as any of the good tracks from XC1 and XC2. But that kinda goes for the game as a whole. I think XC1 and XCX are excellent. XC2 is a bit worse overal, but also has a some nice improvements. XC3 though? I thought it was a pretty step back in many regards other than the visuals quality, but I didn't think it was quite on part in terms of overal art design (which probably has to do with the level design also being kinda meh).
I remember the first time I booted the game and the title screen started with this song in the background. I just sit there, in the darkness just appreciating it. I was overwhelmed by emotions while listening to it. Xenoblade has hundreds of amazing songs across its 3 main titles, their DLCs and X. Engage the Enemy and You Will Know Our Names are amazing, but my favorites are the Satorl Marsh (Night) and the Eryth Sea (both Day and Night). They are such beautiful tracks.
Here are my suggestions of Xenoblade 1 songs: - Mechanical Rhythm - Engage the Enemy - A Tragic Decision - Beyond the Sky - Zanza The Divine For Xenoblade 2 and 3, a good starting theme: 2 - Counterattack 3 - A Life Sent On
The only thing that makes this feel more epic is seeing it on the actual title screen as the scenery changes daytime, with the Monado glowing beautifully at night! UGHHHHHH sorry, i could go on for awhile but yall get my point
The music is great but the games are even better. The xenoblade trilogy on switch are easily some of my favorite games of all time. Like they honestly might all be in the top 5 for me but at least top 10 for sure.
Xenoblade Chronicles 2's Main theme is also just as incredible in my opinion. While it's not fully orchestral and is instead a piano piece, I think it's just as impactful. If you want more Xenoblade 1 tracks, Fog Beast is a really fun listen.
It's amazing that you brought up Final Fantasy because the creator/ director of these games actually worked on Final Fantasy 3 through 6, I believe. P.S. You really should listen to more Xenoblade songs like 'A Tragic Decision' or 'Engage the Enemy' Or even some songs from Xenoblade X like 'Wir Fliegen' 'Uncontrollable' or 'No.EX 01'
Other comments have already said this, but Xenoblade music across the whole series really is quality. Here are my suggestions to add to the pool, listed in order of how I think you should listen to them: Xenoblade 1: Gaur Plains (Day), You Will Know Our Names, The Fallen Land (Day), Fogbeast Battle Xenoblade 2: Main theme (for comparison), Kingdom of Uraya (Day), Counterattack, Battle!! ~ Torna, The Tomorrow With You Xenoblade 3: Main theme (for comparison), A Life Sent On, Alfeto Valley (Day), Cent-Omnia Region (Day), Black Mountain ~ Prison Island (Day)
Xenoblade is so good and one of my favorite series of all time. The music is always incredible through out all of the games. The main theme here was composed by the always amazing Yoko Shimomura, but the series has multiple composers such as Manami Kiyota, ACE+, and Yasunori Mitsuda who became lead composer for 2 and 3. There’s so much music you could listen to and there’s so much variety that it really depends on what you’re in the mood for. A few recommendations would be “Engage the Enemy” “Thoughts Enshrined” “Satorl Marsh (night)” “Tragic Decision” or if you want some battle music then “You Will Know Our Names” is a classic
The music of Xenoblade is my favourite of all time. Period. My big recommendations from each of the 3 games would be: Engage the Enemy: Definitive Edition, Kingdom of Torna (Day and/or Night), The Bereaved and Those Left Behind
you should defenitly do more Xenoblade. You pretty much can't go wrong with ANY song. Its just that good. If you want more from the first Game, maybe try Engage the enemy, either from the original or the remake. Maybe both?
This theme - is the epitome of Gaming Soundtracks. It just left the gaming territory with it and straight went into opera and theatre territory. It got so such amazing build up's, drops and a climax that can drop ones tears without ever playing the game. _(Which is what happened to me, when I first started this game on my Wii in 2009 or so)_ This is just a masterpiece and some kind of classical music of the modern era, and _at least for me: can held itself up to the likes of Beethoven, Mozart, Bach, Tchaikovsky, Chopin and so on. If you want to have more suggestions: Mechanical Rhythm, Engage the Enemy, You will know our Names, Valak Mountain (Night), Fallen Arm (Day or Night), Unfinished Battle, Riki the legendary Heropon (Very different from rest), Satorl Marsh (Night) and there would be so much more.
A beautiful track to what is genuinely up there as one of my all time favorite jrpgs. Im so glad the west fought to have this ported here, such a phenomenal franchise. If you want to stay in the xenoblade 1 territory I recommend "A tragic decision" a track played in one of my absolute favorite cutscenes.
Xenoblade has so many amazing tracks, but I know I can’t recommend you the all three games osts. But some of my favorites from the first Xenoblade, are classics like Guar Plains, You will know our names, Engage the enemy. The first two have like their own takes in Xenoblade each game, if you want you could do a triple reaction for all versions of You will know our names. My favorite tracks in the whole franchise though are XBC2 Torna - Battle!! XBC1 Time to fight! XBC3 New Battle!!! XBC2 Counterattack XBC3 Cent Omnia Region XBC3 Homecoming Theirs just so much, so many styles, and different composers in Xenoblade. I love all the OSTs really.
Apologies if you've already had this suggestion, but I think you'd enjoy this theme particularly in context of the Title Screen animations - I'm sure you'll see what I mean if you check it out! Excellent reaction, and always nice to see people excited with all the different levels of energy this song invokes
Amazing amazing reaction and I’m looking forward to seeing you react to more Xenoblade. The track I would love to see is ‘Eclipse Homecoming’ from Xenoblade 3. It is beautiful, emotional, epic and amazing all at the same time and it is a journey that changes ones experience for music.
I feel like it’s hard to suggest that song since it’s just so much better when you know all the leitmotifs crammed into it. It’s definitely great on its own, but it’s another level with the context
@@rhettmitchell yeah but like I don’t wanna make them listen to the whole ost just for that… that would need someone to do a listening stream like Dan the Music Teacher guy did a while ago.
"I love the Xenoblade Chronicles series, and for me, Xenoblade Chronicles (Definitive Edition) is the third favorite installment of the series. I also find its music to be the weakest, but the main theme is the most beautiful I've ever heard. The closest one for me is probably Kingdom Hearts. Nevertheless, XCDE has a few other incredible tracks, such as Engage the Enemy, Colony 9, Gaur Plains (Day/Night), Shulk & Fiora, Frontier Village, The End Lies Ahead, ... For another reaction to part 1 of the series, it would be really cool to include Engage the Enemy (DE Edition), Shulk & Fiora (DE Edition), or Gaur Plains (Day/Night in the Original or DE Edition) For Xenoblade Chronicles 2, you can't go wrong with Counterattack, Tantal (Day/Night), or The Decision. They're among the more well-known tracks, but still fantastic. XC2 also has many other hidden gems."
If you keep reacting to other tracks from the first game, I would strongly recommend using the DE version instead of the original. The original game was released in 2010 for Nintendo Wii, and you can clearly hear that the budget was limited and that the team was inexperienced. A remastered version called "Definitive Edition" was released for Nintendo Switch in 2020, and it featured a remastered soundtrack. For some tracks, like Main Theme, the difference is pretty small. For others, it's not only a difference in quality, but that track was rearranged entirely and sounds completely different. An excellent example of that would be "Engage the Enemy" (which I assume would be one of the most popular requests) - the difference between the original and remaster is so big that you might consider listening to both.
"you can clearly hear that the budget was limited and that the team was inexperienced." Ooh, gonna have to disagree with you there. The original OST stands on its own as being absolutely fantastic. The new OST is good too, but there were some mastering changes that IMO do not do some songs any favours. I think both are worth listening to but the original does not sound inexperienced by ANY means, just more heavily compressed.

Nice profile pic man 👌🏾
I would love to see where we used to be xc2
More like pick a playlist and lean back 🤭😁😁
I would put Primordia day theme from X as one of the best zone tracks I've ever heard
I remember the first time I booted the game and the title screen started with this song in the background.

I didnt start the game for a full hour. No joke. I just watched the sky change as this song played over 30 times.
I feel this so much.
Oh, he's really feeling it!
Don't get too careless !
"The head! Shoot him in the head!"
Reyn, you’re a lifesaver

Here are my suggestions of Xenoblade 1 songs:
- Mechanical Rhythm
- Engage the Enemy
- A Tragic Decision
- Beyond the Sky
- Zanza The Divine

Thank you for reacting to Xenoblade Chronicles OST. I suggest "Theme X - Xenoblade Chronicles X OST" composed by Hiroyuki Sawano.
The music of Xenoblade is my favourite of all time. Period. My big recommendations from each of the 3 games would be: Engage the Enemy: Definitive Edition, Kingdom of Torna (Day and/or Night), The Bereaved and Those Left Behind

Both are good. The remake has vastly superior vocals, and people also like the original.

I beg to differ, some the west got it for free after japan (they released it one year later in Europe). D:
Please don't cut us off like that. e.e

Even Dr Disrespect couldn't disrespect the title theme and applauded it.
