- 🟢食材:
秋葵 160 克
蒜蓉、辣椒 適量
薑片 1片
生抽 1 湯匙
醋 1 湯匙
糖 ½茶匙
芝麻油、炒芝麻、熱油 適量
🟢做法:
1️⃣ 秋葵用少許鹽揉搓,洗淨。滾水中放少許糖及1片薑,焯秋葵 2 分鐘,撈出放入冰水中泡涼。
2️⃣ 秋葵加入蒜蓉、辣椒,灒入熱油,加入生抽、醋、糖、少許芝麻油和炒芝麻拌勻即可享用。
🟢Ingredients:
Okra - 160g
Garlic, chili - as needed
Ginger slices - 1 piece
Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
Vinegar - 1 tbsp
Sugar - ½ tsp
Sesame oil, fried sesame seeds, hot oil - as needed
🟢Cooking Directions:
1️⃣ Rub a little salt on the okra, wash it clean. Boil some water with a little sugar and a slice of ginger. Blanch the okra in the boiling water for 2 minutes, then remove and soak in ice water until cool.
2️⃣ Add chopped garlic and chili to the okra, pour in hot oil, add soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, a little sesame oil and fried sesame seeds, mix well and serve.

其實,如果D秋葵過做冰河直接放碟, 另外蒜蓉同之後嘅嘢係個兜撈埋然後先淋上秋葵度會否更有美觀哩?
