Kr, hi there. Happy to hear from you. You can try to use black Chinese vinegar as a replacement as it is always good to add a bit sour taste onto the cold dish. As the black Chinese vinegar differs from the taste of balsamic vinegar and different brands vary in the level of sourness, it would be better to add black Chinese vinegar bit by bit. @Kr is Kr, thanks for your messages again. You just said the key point which I have been reminding myself on. That video was made 7 months ago and could be regarded as the first batch. In my recent videos, I trimmed contents down to shorten the length. Hope things will become better.
