Not gonna lie. Street Fighter without Bison will be difficult to cope with. I mean the guy’s iconic to the franchise for crying out loud. Same with Heihachi not being around going forward. We’re just to fond of their presence to just let them go. Still, I appreciate the games making an effort to ensure their presences are still felt.
I feel sf6 did it well. Bison’s influence is still felt and he was the catalyst for the new threat: JP. JP is foreign enough to be very unique, but was also close enough with Bison that he doesn’t feel like an outsider in the world of SF. JP feels like a lurker of the shadows, waiting to strike only when right. It goes with his personality well and I’m excited to see how he progresses moving forward.
@@J99___while Bison was an insane dictator, JP is a scarier kind of villain, a corrupt businessman that smiles to your face while holding a knife to your back
HIs legacy and his organisation is still there....and I'm not convinced he's gone for good. Good villain JP might be I feel he's been a little foolish messing with Psycho Power. With that I think there's still a way back for him.
Well the door for Bison to return is still open he is pretty much just waiting for a vessel once he gets a vessel Bison will be up to his old tricks

How come Chun-Li never mentions M.Bison? I really want a rematch since she killed her father!
She already let go of her vengeance after the death of shadoloo, and is in peace, Ryu canonically defeated bison and shadoloo.
The way I consider it, she may have very well left that past behind her altogether. Among the ones that have had direct interaction with him, she's one of the few that had moved on and proceed to be an important figure of community rather than be stuck.
They gave Chun-Li a poetic and calming end in that regard.

I hope they extend the world tour with an add on. With Bosch gone there could be a way back for Bison and now the player character has shown some talent and himself on the radar...male doll/psycho soldier target for Neo Shadaloo perhaps?
Since JP is once accountant to Shadaloo and possesses Psycho Powers, do you think there’s a possibility Bison’s soul is alive and searching for a new powerful body?
We know Bison’s soul is alive and influencing the physical world. That is literally how we left off after SF5.
Since it’s been almost 10 years since SF3, he may even already have a body but is in hiding as he reforms his essence.
That's where Ed comes in, he will be dlc next year, he has psycho power and was a potential replacement body for Bison
The same thought crossed my mind. There's also a vacant (if somewhat dead) host body in Bosch now...I just feel we haven't seen the last of Bison.
