Not really. The footage is Tekken 7. Akuma was in that. The devs said that the akuma in Tekken is not the same akuma in street fighter. So it's not canon in street fighter but canon in Tekken

@mappybc6097 Ryu's journey of fighting the satsui-no-hado has lead him toto the point where fighting Akuma isn't as intimidating anymore, win or lose Ryu can laugh it off because he can enjoy the fight fully. Which pisses off Akuma sees Ryu nolonger views their fight as a life and death struggle, but as another sparring match. Alternatively Ryu figured out from Akuma's bestie Elena that his K/D ratio is so actual trash, he's harmless

He is nor bad or good he is "chaotic neutral" you can check his page on google. Means don't get in his way he will not care if you are hero or villain.
That taunt is about 30s long. About a third of a round. I really love those supers and would love to see how they could be used at high level but man youd never get the opportunity to just sit there unless someone goes afk (cause its courtesy to not attack afk people). Then again i suppose giving akuma access to six supers all the time would be a bit much
