Looks like SF6 has confirmed the fact that Gouki/Akuma was the one who killed Bison (Dictador) at the end of SF2 So that means that the SF2 tournament doesn't have an official champion unless Akuma participated in the tournament like all the other fighters. And I am fine with that 👍
