Kotoko’s base is one of the better ones that I’ve seen, it genuinely adds to the figure. And I think you’ve misunderstood Angela’s outfit. She’s not fighting in a bathing suit, it’s a “tactical aquatic apparatus”.
Me being silly lol I knew there was a reason to it, but it’s been a long while since seeing the movie 😅 And that’s a great way to put it for Kotoko’s base - it does add to the figure perfectly.
