Was doing a delivery on Saturday night on my Modified GROM 125 worth about £4000 (gets loads of attention, other bikers love it) and was standing in a customers doorway doing a delivery when 2 lads riding on a 2 stroke dirtbike road passed, straight suspect as dirtbikes only take 1 rider. The lads doubled back, pulled up right alongside my bike, looking it up and down, looked at me and the customer standing in the doorway, I said "See something you like lads?". Could tell they were going to try it, so I reached into my leg pouch, pulled my wrench, they shouted some shit and tore off so quick the passenger almost fell off the back of the bike. You show em your ready for a fight and will go on the offensive and they bottle it.

Largely depends how you present it as well. Basically if you put up a guy's name or face and lable him a thief, YT may liable for damages. So they take it down. Here in Australia a guy was sued because he ran a website which had a forum. One guy exposed someone on the forum for being a liar in order to sell his book, so the author sued the website owner for facilitating slander. It depends on where you host the website as well. Legalities are a headache!
