I used PGR for the first time last week on my perennial rye. I cannot believe the difference this stuff makes to the lushness of the lawn it is so thick. thanks for all the tips and products👍
Love that channel. I’m repairing my lawn after construction and this is helping a lot. Just wondering if you would Recommend tilling the areas that are very heavily compacted from excavators. The ground is also extremely uneven. Probably beyond just fixing with top dressing. Cheers
Looking unreal as always. Have you got any tips for giving my kikuyu lawn, which has been sitting under flood water for the past 2 weeks the best chance of surviving now it's starting to dry out?
Will PGR do anything to help thicken perennial ryegrass? Even if it doesn't I'm thinking I'm going to use some just to be able to bring that height of cut down like you said. Love the vids!
Just seeded a new Kikuyu lawn and lots of weeds coming through (after doing roundup twice in area) any product recommendations once kik gets more established to get rid of the weeds and other grasses coming through?
I just killed my zoysia japonica. I will seed rye for the winter. That will help me to smoke the last possible zoysia out of my lawn. And by summer I will have bare dirt to start from zero again. I want to sprig some fine bladed zoysia (matrella) or maybe some hybrid Bermuda. It's a crazy project, lots of work, but I was not happy with that medium blade and not-so-great color. So I wonder, why don't you try some other grass type if you're not happy with this kik?
Would love to see more use of electric tools. Set the example, lead the way. They're both lighter and more environmentally friendly esp if yu charge during the day off those solar panels. Even if charging from a dirty coal grid its still cleaner than petrol. Plus they're quieter and easier to handle. Things like the whipper snipper, mower, blower, scarifier/aerator etc.
You can support the channel and my future projects by grabbing PGR at my shop here 🤙🏼 lawntips.net/product/primo/
Is your house grass tall fescue ?

The dogsurement , great idea to have the cute dog as a saugauge for grass heights . 😀
Lawn is brighter than my future. Keep it up
I need some PGR - 5 weeks post reno on my kikuyu and I feel like I'm watching it grow in real time at the moment 🤣

Very lucky mate. Don’t take it for granted, that’s for sure!

Kikuyu here in NZ is pumping along now the temps are getting higher hopefully the dogs area fills back in abit after he destroys every winter 😂
Looking forward to the electric mower review
I have just ordered pgr mines not growing overly fast still mowing once a week getting few catchs off does it help stop up growing and more outwards
Nice information Mate

Quick reminder once you go Bermuda you can’t go back stuff is like impossible to completely get rid of.
@@dylan8285 I heard that. Actually that was one if the reasons I did seed bermuda. That and the low shade tolerance
Yes!!!! Please get rid of that tree, I have been wishing you would remove it for ages.
It’s gone as of this morning 🤙🏼
We need some iron down Clint, if it's not windy, or raining.
Great to see the tree gone in this weeks vid! So much cleaner with it gone. My anxiety level has dropped a few notches now. Haha.
@@clint2336 i remember that tree now, I'd forgotten about where it was. I'll catch up with you after lunch today too.
Lawns looking great but I need more cool season lawn tips! Haha
Your time will come 😉
Does plant growth regulator work on buffalo, considering it doesn’t really have roots?
100%. Just stuck to lower rates. 3-5ml/100m2
Yep I agree. I think that little tree has to go. Has got the big ones behind it and then we will be able to see more lawn
It’s a goner already. Hooked into it this morning 🤙🏼
Hey bro. Lawn is looking schmick. I can't use PGR by me so just mow frequently and its working. Liquid iron showed great results 👍💚🦸
Anyone else thought he had a mozzie biting him at one point 😆
Haha when was that?
@@LawnTips 3:18 mate I was distracted lol
@@pepeleperth haha I see it now
Any plans to ship to NZ soon?
It's in the works. Just taking longer than expected unfortunately
To this day I still dont understand why PGR uses lawn size for mixing ratio instead of chemical to water, which is more precise.
Explain your logic behind this, I have the opposite opinion
@@LawnTips id also like to know the logic hahah
Is that phone app on android? Can you post a link cos I couldn't find it.
Not on Android sorry mate

Starting to think this channel a bit of a scam... RIP
