Is that a Toyota Venza?! Glad to see other people are starting put that tow package to work and oh boy does it f-in work!! I call mine the tow beast and my 4x4 friends call me when they get stuck!! I’m talking the worst Iowa winter storms have never left me stuck once in my beast- 4 wheel drive ain’t nothing compared to this baby’s all-wheel drive featuring countless traction control robots. I’ve have never been afraid or hesitant to go on any terrain to give my truck driving friends a little tug to get them going again. I’ve had crowds at campsites, taking bets I’m sure, that my 4K lb camper and the Venza go backwards over the cliff instead of the forward direction we intended to go, just to disappoint all our fans by not even spinning a single pebble out from under the tire. I love my Venza!!
Just got a U-haul trailer, it's by my son's in PA and I live in AZ. I can not wait to get it and play with it and go on adventures for my dogs, even in a weekend
Love it! I am contemplating getting one and getting help renovating it...I think I will pass on your video for ideas! Do you think there is any way to add in a toilet of some kind?
Im interested to see the hole under the closet where you've installed the microwave. What type of covering do you have? Also did you do anything special with closet?
I’m having a difficult time remembering if the cavity was below the closet already or if I added a shelf like compartment for it to sit on. I used permanently placed cargo ratchet straps behind the wall to keep it in place while traveling. I lined The closet with the insulated bubble wrap from the hardware store. Besides that, I left it alone to store our clothes within.
We didn’t replace any of the windows, but there is a Facebook group for old U-Haul campers that mentioned a company somewhere in Canada? (I believe) makes replacements.
amazingly beautiful!
I found baby moons on amazon and full chrome bowl shaped caps. Thank you for the video just starting a refurb on a 1978 Burro
Thank you for sharing about the baby moons! And best of luck on your Burro! We love those too.

Yes! Our Venza was amazing at pulling and was such an awesome car. So happy Toyota decided to start making them again!

They’re so fun! You’re going to love it! 😊
Please let me know if you figure out where to get parts! I just purchased mine.
@margiemudge6607 I'm sorry, I sold it as it did not have AC, and it gets pretty hot in AZ.
Vanessa and Brandon, you two are amazing!
Aw, shucks! 🥰🖤

We kept a portable toilet slid under the bed area for emergencies. That always worked for us.
Great job.
Thank you! ☺️
Nice ..
Good for key west

Nice! I am looking at one for 3800 that needs some work... trying to decide if it's worth it!
Solid frame on this trailer, not like the junk they make now.
Have you considered having some repop U-Haul decals made for the outside,be a nice touch.
We’ve since sold it, but that would be a nice touch. It’s a great little camper.
May I ask why you sold it so soon? Would you recommend this type?
We would totally recommend it! We loved it, but we moved to a place without a place to store it. We’ve since moved again and wish we had kept it.
This is really awesome guys!!! T btw 😁👊🏿
Aw, thanks, T! ☺️
Hey B and V I just bought a uhaul camper just like this myself but i was wondering if you could give me any info on the windows,?
We didn’t replace any of the windows, but there is a Facebook group for old U-Haul campers that mentioned a company somewhere in Canada? (I believe) makes replacements.
Do you have a video on replacing elevator bolts?
Unfortunately, we didn’t video replacing the elevator bolts. Wish we had.
Can you explain how you redid the top where the carpet strip would go? Having a real hard time getting sitting to stick
We used a tube contractor’s grade glue. It took a while to dry, so we set up some boards to hold it up while it set.
I was told to use Dap for my liner.
Let’s go Brandon
