Good to see some content on your channel again 👍🏼 Did you think about using correx instead of card to help vent the cab. Use it at work, flexible and durable.
Yes thank you 🙏 got to do the pump timing idler next, drill out thread and insert a timesert 😥 Not a bad idea, to be honest I made the template out of cardboard and wasn’t sure about what material to use, the cardboard will do for now and I will look into getting some correx 👍
@@TwiggsT4 I’ve had some rust issues and now an oil leak, which I think is coming from the oil cooler seal. It’s all around there, so assuming at this moment. Got some electrics to sort and replace the pin in the door mechanism to stop the door pin dropping. The list never seems to go down. Lol. But, it’s all good fun. Lol
@roots2825 I originally thought that was the way to go i had a alpine flip out before, but I can tell you it looks really nice in my T4 plus you can go larger than what will fit in the dash.
Gets expensive cutting the dashboard trims. I needed a new heater cover on ebay wow they've gone extortionate. Really wish I had the climate control I wouldn't like to think how much that panel is these days. Guess it's all about supply and demand and not much supply 👍
Yes the replacement dash vents were not cheap, and the lower trim although I cut it, I have kept the half I cut off in case I was to go back to single din I would be able to get a 3d printed one 👍
i have 1996 & 1997 T4 neither have that cool digital temp unit. thanks for the advice
It’s some fancy aircon 😉 available on some caravelles and multivans

Hello 👋 thank you Kai 👍 👌 💪
I have the XAV in mine
Good head units 👌
Nice, unfortunately that model is hard to find. But I'm pretty sure there are other models which are 1din inside 2din in front ;)
There's loads out there I have the Pioneer SPH-EVO950DAB
It's ❤❤
@@vern453 I'm more interested in multimedia which are inside the dash not outside or with folding screen.

And they do a long cable so you can fit the din unit elsewhere. That give you the freedom to put the screen wherever you want as an example
whats that below the unit with the lcd display ?
Air con?
