I remember reading some article when jack took the irish job, it described him as a "dour,gruff northern english man"....I think this interview disproves that on all counts. RIP Jack!

Big Jack used to have this football show on telly in the 70s when I was young, training routines, and drills and you would not miss it ....what a legend sad day.

In 1971 George was still at his brilliant best, it was 1972 when his game went downhill so quickly, and his late 1973 comeback never had a chance to work.
Two players in the 'black book' were Johnny Morrissey and Ian Hutchinson.
Anyway, RIP to a wonderfully interesting, entertaining man.
