Whale Watching on the Oregon Coast NO Boat Needed!

We are whale watching on the Oregon Coast! This is day 4 of our 1200 mile road trip from Spokane WA to the Oregon Coast. We have been camping at Cape Lookout State Park.
We woke before the sun and packed up camp to set out in search of the Oregon Grey Whale pod that migrates South May through November down the Pacific Coast. We are armed with a map from thewhaletrail.... that shows us where we may be able to see the whales from the coast without a boat!
This is a bucket list item we checked off for Amy who has never seen whales wild in the ocean in real life before!
We stop at Depoe Bay known as the World's Smallest Navigable Harbor, Boiler Bay known for the sunken ship beneath the waters and many other amazing stops.
