Blimey ! Thanks a lot or uploading ! Love watching British TV crime shows from the 60s ! A special treat to see a young Judi Dench, that's for sure ! CHEERS !! :-)
It would seem that parts 1 & 2 of Made for Each Other are really one episode now found in two halves. Episode 1 (first half), aired 11 September 1963. Brian Blessed as PC Smith; Joseph Brady as PC Weir; James Ellis as PC Lynch; Colin Welland as PC Graham; Frank Windsor as Det. Sgt. Watt; Bob Keegan as Sgt. Blackitt; Kate Brown as Shirley Burscough; Judi Dench as Elena Collins; Peter Woodthorpe as Kenneth Harvey; Peter Claughton as Mr. Collins; Lala Lloyd as Mrs. Collins; George Hagan, Magistrate; Harvey Ashby, Clerk to the Court; John Sefton, Prosecuting Officer; Leonie Forbes, Girl in Café; Philip Morant as Mr. Burroughs; Benn Simons, Police Sergeant.
Having an incredible memory from watching this in whatever, I was hoping to see the bit where Judi Dench took the mickey out of police jargon, "reasons to believe".
I know a few Coppers who have gone through that. One bloke barely got through saying something along those lines before a Villain's six year old lad ran up and punched him in the goolies
Judi's father in that was my father in law Peter Claughton,he was in fact a lovely guy.

How fantastic to see Judy and Brian in the early 60's. She looks VERY young but was actually 29 when this was made.
a treat and a treasure, thank you.
All the people waiting to go into the courtroom are exactly the same people who are sat about in the cafe.
Absolutely brilliant. Thanks for uploading.
Great! This is a classic. I remember this from first time around.
I had no idea Judi Dench was such a great actress.. she can do it all..
