If all the content creators have removed their demonitized videos off of this platform & start to post it on any other platform, maybe the content creators may or may not have a chance to earn it. OR they get smart and beep those profanity words using the new feature of YT - edit posted content and save it. And then reapply to YT to remonetize those videos. Visuals may be digitally blurred or hidden with stickers. Can't hurt to give it a try, right?
That should be a mass idea across the entire platform 🤔. If EVERYONE unlisted there content in protest 🪧 RUclips would change that because they won’t be making money. But it would take at least 80% of creators to do it 🤔🙏
@@RexxReviews I agree. I’m new to all this so when it comes to censorship that’s my biggest issue. People watch for that freedom of speech and they enjoy having no restrictions on it. But now any future streaming has to be either censored of unlisted. So a good protest against it would take a massive number of channels to even have an impact on the company itself. But I agree it’s the best way to protest against it. 🙏
@@1LordBudge What if they change the rules again. No state judges retroactively. If someone has been allowed in the past and that thing is not allowed today, then they cannot judge based on the previous. What if they deny someone a normal word. For example, the word for example. No one is making money on youtube. But they themselves make money. Are there other good video platforms besides youtube?
@@karelianprepper to be fair if you use RUclips to make money then you would have to jump through their hoops. Myself could have monetised long ago but chose not to because doing so would restrict my speech. As today I am still shadow banned it makes no difference. It’s the subject they suppress. I wouldn’t be able to advise on making money on other platforms either as I only use them to tell the truth. 🙏
@@1LordBudge Thanks for the answer. It's pointless for them to talk about free speech if even harmless swear words are prohibited. RUclips is a dictatorship. They can do anything. They don't play a fair game but demand impossible things from others.
This really is wild. I assume someone like Matpat has a legal team that can fight for him as some of his most successful videos are based on fnaf. Of course not all creators have the ability to have legal help. It seems like a bad move to edge out creators who are bringing viewers to the platform. On a related topic, I've been a premium member for nearly a decade. The price has changed, though not so drastically. I wonder if we will see major changes in the monthly cost 🤔

Goes beyond language/violence. It’s certain political content as well. My channel got demonetized today out of the blue with no advanced warning.
Hopefully this get enough backlash that some of it gets reverted. This seem EXTREME and is 100% theft.

That's crazy. Rich get richer
Ppl being soft in todays world
It’s a shame we have to walk on egg shells for fear we might hurt a small % of peoples feelings.
@@RexxReviews unfortunately I don’t change, if I hurt your feelings…..you either get over it or you don’t
I really like the idea of unlisting the videos to bite back on youtube. Thank you for informing me and having more information on the matter!
i think youtube is in self destruct mode

With them being the only major option like this they can essentially get away with anything they want.

We will see what happens. I did it off that YT has so far still remained silent.
I've always wanted to be a content creator on RUclips, but with the way things are going, I'm afraid I'll never be able to see that through.😔
lets all leave now
