I have a problem I've payed £30 to get they installer I've downloaded it but every time I try to open it it goes to they press right right to run it but it keeps crashing and it not downloading into one file its scattered into loads of different files
Doesn't seem to be working for me, installed a few little bits earlier and it said they had been completed but didnt show up in train sim. All the files amd geos had been copied over when i checked so I'm a bit lost
@@TheCatOfWarCSGO The 5A92 scenario on ATS, a 67 reskin required for the ECML merge scenario to York, and the Track patch form York to Peterborough. The last one installed fine by the looks of it, but the scenario and reskin didn't. I checked for a misc folder as stated in the readme but that folder hasnt been created in my Railworks folder
@@SkhTrains Well I hope The HST and Class 91 VTEC/LNER pack install with this installer. I tried doing it myself with the installer that comes with the reskin and like you I have the song n dance of reskins installing by the command prompt showing up but no actual file or listing within railworks appearing. It's like it installs to thin air or to an invisible cloud or something. That's why I really hope this main installer does the trick.

Hi mate I am unsure what you mean what can’t you download? If it’s the installer you can download but you have a paid subscription to the website please contact contact@alanthomsonsim.com
Can you confirm whether this does install the .bat file because when I was installing reskins it missed the .bat file out, even though the installer presented me with the command screen.
@@TheCatOfWarCSGO ATS installer asked me whether I wanted to install the .bat file and I clicked A to acknowledge it and it commenced with the install or so I thought. ATS installer didn't even touch the .bat file at all during the installation process. It's only after I clicked on the .bat file manually myself that the various reskins worked. ATSinstaller works great at sorting out files into their right place, but to be on the safe side I would recommend running the .bat file within the Assets folder again just to be certain reskins install correctly.
@@jonprice3342 Hm that's odd, it should definitely run those. My guess is that you might have to run as admin if WIndows throws a hissy fit about it trying to run a batch file
Hi Alan when you buy train items from JT or AP will I be able to install them on this new installer manager as I am interested in this and if it helps me to get all my files fro steam etc in one place and makes easier for me to find then ill be up for it and subscribe the yearly fee once I have some spare cash to pay

It isnt really fair that u have to like pay for it. and like the Normal Free subscription dose not have a installer? like wtf? it looks free at first to like new people to the website and then they see that theres no installer wich is for "Free" that just draws more people away from the website wich cant pay for it. so my point is saying that the Installer should be free for everyone.. and i know u dont make money of it then.. just like make Downloads cost bit like Armstrong powerhouse dose. and then the installer be free? cant this change? its a little unfair.

The subscription cover £100s of value off products and gives you access to the subware products of which the installer is a part of All of our products also come with there own installer just like AP or JT etc There is also thousands of user generated content for free on ATS we wouldn’t be able to provide the free service without having a subscription service as well So to sum up You can use the website and download all of the freeware products and install them for free without the ATS installer Or You can subscribe get access to multiple discounts routes etc and then also gain access to the ATS installer that allows you to install 3rd party content easier You do not need the installer to install any content on the ATS site

im using this now to try fix my problem with the " LNER Azuma 800" n most of the pack has failed .... im so stuck with this Azuma

Does it install in a folder add-on without rwp file

Hi mate just drag it into the drop zone in the installer then run the installer and click install

What do you mean it missed the .bat file out? You mean it wasn't there in your railworks/assets folder after the install?

Ap packs come with there own installer mate I have never tried to see if it can install them to be honest
