Today we are looking at how to install Armstrong Powerhouse Packs. All of the packs are similar to install so just rinse and repeat this guide for sound packs, EPs, Routes etc from AP.

hi i know this a daft but ive downloaded the class 700 ep and i have the dtg version already but idk how to play or choose the different liveries that come with the ep in game
Hi might sound like a daft question but I’m new to this. I’ve bought the Armstrong powerhouse class 158 enhancement pack and have installed it from you’re tutorial but am unsure how to open it in the game

No question is too daft.
Okay, so you've got the 158 pack by AP - do you have the steam version? As an EP is just an enhancement. You need the 158 from Steam as it acts as a base model for the EP.
Once the EP is installed you will then be able to play it in-game by going to "scenarios" and under Liverpool Manchester route there is a few :). Any further issues feel free to comment further and I'll assist where I can :).
@@trainsimdepot hi, thanks for the reply. No I do not have the steam version but I do have the enhancement pack by AP. I will buy that from steam and let you know how it goes
@@trainsimdepot hi, I’ve managed to get it working not apart from the arriva, East Midlands trains class 158s don’t seem to work it gives me an error message saying” an error occurred trying to load the Quick drive scenario” the rest of the 158s in different liveries do work. Can you help me with this please

Hi there, apologies that this is a very late comment for this video, so I have trains from ap but they don’t seem to have the logos on them, for example, the first great western logo isn’t showing on the class 43 mtu pack and the GWR logo for the class 800 pack isn’t showing either, if I could have some help on how to get the logos that would be great 🙂

Hello I just got the class 319 pack but how do I get it into train simulator I’ve downloaded
Do own the EP if it doesn't work reinstall or go to train editor by clicking the train icon from world editor you see this box with a arrow and go to AP it should say AP319 pack 01 click that should be working

hello, i am 2 years late to this video but i have just installed the class 450/444 enhancement pack using this tutorial. When i load in to game with the portsmouth direct line the enhancement pack has not done anything to my game. Any ideas? much appreciated

Hello. When I'm using some liveries of the AP 158 Cummins pack the train will not move, it will not make an sound and when going on an external camera the train will go invisible and only the couplers are visible. I have the branding patch and extra stock installed so it cant be that. Do you know why this is and how to fix it?

What is rolling stock is it like enhancements but you dont need to buy any routes or what?
Hello David,
Yes, Rolling Stock does not require any other pack to get it working. EP or Enhancement packs typically require the base DLC from DTG. Say with the 800 EP it required the Class 800 ECML South. :). Hope this clears it up.

Wish there was a way to install all at once. Like Indian railways Bharat stream does.
AP used to have a mass installer but that has since been discontinued - I suspect something may be coming soon as there library grows
