It should and gets 2.5L GDi even in Nepal & Pakistan, 2l GDi option is just an unpowered option it shouldn't get but just gets it like Mk1/Mk2 i20 1.1l CRDi instead of regular 1.4l CRDi. Go for 2l CRDi meh, don't complain on Tucson just becos only 2l GDi is offered in India for petrol when no other in this segment except Compass offers petrol in India.
I own a creta sx automatic when I saw the Tucson my 💖 heart fell in love but the price made to think it almost double the price of creta or alcazar. For petrol alcazar has same Tucson engine so we can't opt it if budget not permit. But Tucson diesel automatic is a gem of engine very refined and no harshness .
I love the car and the energy you bring into the review. Am just as excited by the car, and would love to book the diesel version. I have two question. 1. Is Wireless CarPlay a big miss. I mean, mostly I drove by myself, but if I have a driver, I would still want to control the CarPlay from the back. Plus that gives a premium feel. Secondly, is ADAS worth it? I mean, is it seriously useful or should I wait for some time before it stabilises and becomes more useful? In that case, I can take the lower end Diesel. Lastly, the spare tyre on Diesel seems like a miss too. I mean, for a couple of extra thousand, they could have given the proper spare.. please let me know your thoughts
I have same questions too. It seems Hyundai forcing to buy top variant. Again not sure how reliable and stable this ADAS. All my colleagues saying it's overpriced but I think that's because it's CKD. Also, it looks like new I20 so not sure it is worth of 40 lakh. Or should I go for Harrier instead.
@@AshishRasal I wouldn’t move away from the Hyundai brand. I like everything about the brand and have been very loyal to them. I think we will see this price shock on all new releases. The inflation has made things difficult for the car makers. My biggest grouse still remains the wireless CarPlay
No doubt it is a excellent product even I love this suv but all the global tuscon have buttons instead of the gear shifts which looks very outdated why they have not adopted fr indian models paying so 37lakhs but altogether the vehicle is superb I would have booked it if it had buttons instead of gear lever which looks like crtea

Previous model of Tucson was far better. This one looks so ugly had an opportunity to drive it in Dublin in summer and its no way near the quality levels, ride and handling of what rivals offer esp Toyota.
Quality levels bad on Hyundai and especially Toyota in this segment is good for quality, that's what you would only say when you look for assumptions rather than :- knowing the fact that Hyundai uses some marketing technique for making cars cheaper for what they're worth, cheaper and better quality than Honda and Toyota according to @Scotty....(a You Tuber, just type it), considering Tucson costs more than it's Japanese rivals in most versions, how's this possible?

154bhp and 192NM for 30lakhs isn't justifiable at all!!!
Instead of 2.5 GDI it’s 2.0
Its petrol not diesal diesal is 185 bhp
Correction 35 lakhs

Tucson or New facelifted C5 Aircross?. Which is the best to buy for another 5 to 8 years 1 lakh kms
