    Thanks Rob ! I’m 50 and have been doing full body for a month now love it,works great with my schedule get everything in in 3 days but if I have time I hit it 5 days a week !

      depends on your current fitness level, however full body workout are typical being suggested to be done 3 times a week. Give it a try and adjust accordingly based on how your body respond. :)

    is 1 set of 12 rep enough for each part. i do 3 sets 12 reps for back chest shoulder biceps triceps and leg. is it too much after i finished im very tired. but if i do same as you i dont think it will work well. it looks very easy

      Here he's showing full body workout not just a specific body part so here his focus is to cover most body part as possible but you can do more reps or increase weight and decrease reps for better results

      depends on your fitness level, everyone will vary, if you find it too easy or too hard, adjust accordingly and observe how your body respond :D
