depends on your current fitness level, however full body workout are typical being suggested to be done 3 times a week. Give it a try and adjust accordingly based on how your body respond. :)
is 1 set of 12 rep enough for each part. i do 3 sets 12 reps for back chest shoulder biceps triceps and leg. is it too much after i finished im very tired. but if i do same as you i dont think it will work well. it looks very easy
Here he's showing full body workout not just a specific body part so here his focus is to cover most body part as possible but you can do more reps or increase weight and decrease reps for better results
