Rob, is it true some people use SOMA for revealing their ABS?
Can this be used by people who are just getting started with abs training? Because I recently just started the gym and my body type is Skinny fat do you think any of these exercises help build my fats to abs? I hope you could reply as soon as possible Rob. Yes just control on volume and intensity if you do more volume and intensity for long time you moght end up injuring yourself so if you want to workout everyday decrease intensity and volume
When you train any of your muscles their muscle tissues breaks and requires time to recover that's why training a same muscle everyday is not appropriate because you won't be able to recover
