Thank you for letting us watch over yr shoulder. It’s very interesting to observe how close you go in when filming strangers. This alone is a great lesson to learn for me.
Brandon Li is there any gimbal (I'm new to gimbals) that can create presets (or that you can write settings down to, or one that can re-calibrate that will allow me to change lenses and focal lengths without spending ours Re-calibrating like glidecam? I was looking at the zyhuin crane 2 and was wondering if this was possible to eliminate hours of readjusting just for one shot?
Your ability to improvise a short scene like that on the fly, and turn it into something so powerful with no prep blows my mind. You're an inspiration!!
Loved how the dynamic of the whole video changed when the lady talked about her family history. That was the highlight for me in this video. Love your stuff man! Thanks for sharing.
Amazing experience to shot with Brandon in Sham Shui Po and Shek Kip Mei district, he just showed the soul of this neighbourhoods in Hong Kong! And to meet Faye and explore this amazing buliding! Moza aircross is really a great gimbal for mirrorless cameras, a very versatile tool for video, timelapse and hyperlapse
Thanks for the review! subscribed. Alex have you tried this gimbal with a heavier set up? is there any jitter or any problems? I want to use Sony A7R III + 16-35 GM (about 1300-1400g) on Moza Air Cross. Those motion timelapses and hyperlapses look epic. Also do you recommend the dual handles + moza air thumb controller? I saw that you used that on a hyperlapse video
for this setup probably Moza Air with higher payload will be better, also had advanced motion timelapse, you can check a video on my channel where i used the a7s2 with canon 16-35 f2.8 on the moza air
Y' Know? there's a thousand reviewers out there in youtube but you are, by far, the best. You hace this combination between charisma, chilling attitude and deep love on what you are doing that is impossible not to engage with your videos. Thanks for everything and keep the good work =)
Discovered you while searching gimbal reviews. I watched your 3-part series, and was totally hooked. You are the "real deal" - I'm blown away by your aesthetic, perspective, and style. Looking forward to watching/learning from you! Thanks!
it was cool that you caught that unexpected encounter on camera and I really liked the look of that lens adapter. You are really adaptable when you are on a shoot, the documentary style video was great, but the fact that you pulled it off so well when it was not even planned was even better. Great video!
Dude this was really dope. Love how a complete stranger found you on the street and you incorporated her story into a review video. Added a cool dynamic.
Great videos! Loved how you guys just went with it when Faye offered to show you around. It turned into a great piece on the history of the building. Best wishes from Atlanta.
thanks for showing us how you use the gimbal and shoot instead of just another product tech review! great opportunity to capture that street story of faye!
That was a lovely piece of spontaneous documentary making. Great review, appreciate the non-slow mo footage for assessing the quality of the gimbal. And really nice photography. Was surprised how well that oval filter worked, definitely added something.
Your shots looked amazing! Love that the random street encounter turned into a bit of storytelling too. Definitely going to look into getting this gimbal.
Hey Brandon, I am the one who say Hi in the minibus outside Baptist U. You are my idol and I learnt from you a lot. It was so excited that saw you shot in Hong Kong.
Oh! Yet another awesome and informative video. Ever since I saw a small clip on your Instagram.. crossing Hong Kong-street.. I was eagerly waiting for the full video. ... thank you so much
Brando, everything you create is absolute gold, relentlessly inspirational and undoubtedly my favourite filmmaker on RUclips. Keep up the stellar work. :)
The anamorphic look filter can be made with black cardboard and a cutting plotter. I made for myself a bag full of those in a local advertising agency in a lot of different sizes. It can be used on AF modern lenses too and the effect is the same. If you want to add the strange anamorphic flares you just need a fishing line stretched in front of the ellipse hole of the filter.
Li seems so good at exploring spaces and trying angles that at first glance would impress others as odd. His personality and looks are certainly a help too. While he gets what he wants he doesn't seem aggressive which is so off-putting for street photography.
I was literally just googling around to learn more about the Helios to use as a taking lens for my Kowa b&h haha. Really awesome look with that anamorphic filter; Nice to know that the anamorphic filter is another alternative pairing with that lens. Thanks for the video! Also, my wife and I will be in HK in a couple of months and would love to meet you if you happen to be there. Thanks for the vid!
Love it. Hey Alex! Lol especially Faye part. I wonder how many more generations later that we will eventually forget our traditions. Overall the AorCross is also becoming my fav gimbal.
My husband said he learned something again from your video, and hopefully, he can try it out for our tomorrow's filming! 🙏 Thanks, Brandon and happy holidays! You made me homesick by the way 😭
This is a great review/behind the scenes video. Excellent work as always Brandon!! I’m going to try these techniques out using A7Sii and A6500 and Ziyhun Crane.
Glad to see you link up with Alex Timelapse from the Moza Air Facebook group. Seems like it's very similar to the Moza Air in drifting issues and buggy software. Moza software devs need to step it up, it's been months and the Android app still isn't working properly.
Excellence once again, thank you. As always too, there are a couple of things for me to try out when I’m next out with my camera. I’ll watch this a few times again :-) . Thank you - Tim
Thanks for providing this review. I am still considering if I should get the Crane-M or AirCross. Seems like AirCross is a lot bigger profile than Crane-M. However the mobile app for Moza has more features!
There you are Mr. Brandon. What a great video ! Hong Kong is my favorite place I lived there for 5 freaking years. I miss it a lot. You are too good in cinematic shot.
just discovered your channel and it's really become my favorite. would love some tips on shooting in manual focus with any techniques you use! love your work Brandon
Thanks Faye!
Brandon Li "says tunggu video selanjutnya"
Thank you for letting us watch over yr shoulder. It’s very interesting to observe how close you go in when filming strangers. This alone is a great lesson to learn for me.
You are most welcome =D This video is great as always and a wonderful Christmas surprise for me =) Happy Christmas and a Joyous New Year =D

Faye Dorcas Yung your a natural in front of the camera! Thanks for sharing your history

whats the main difference between air and air cross
Meeting that girl and doing just that little interview, even though so simple and short, was fantastic! Loved it.
Awesome! I love that you just completely switched gears and shot a little documentary piece, unplanned, in the middle of your review. Love your work!
Y' Know? there's a thousand reviewers out there in youtube but you are, by far, the best. You hace this combination between charisma, chilling attitude and deep love on what you are doing that is impossible not to engage with your videos.
Thanks for everything and keep the good work =)
This is the best video I have ever seen on youtube, and I seen many. You are a master at your craft Bandon. Thank you for sharing it with us
I don’t know why this channel hasn’t got at least 1million subs
Great content with awesome tips.
Simply the best.
Shot from that setup is not what I would expect. Just amazing. Your talent is on the same level.
Was excited to learn about the gimbal, but yet again I'm more impressed and learned more about film making. Those angles and shots!!
Brandon, this is a great way of reviewing it. Far more interesting for a broader audience. Your shots are cinematic as always!
Discovered you while searching gimbal reviews. I watched your 3-part series, and was totally hooked. You are the "real deal" - I'm blown away by your aesthetic, perspective, and style. Looking forward to watching/learning from you! Thanks!

It's very cool that you show behind the scenes and how it's done. Awesome work!
Hi Brandon, I always love your shots. Thank You!
Splendid, Brandon...
that video was the perfect length and the brief interview with Faye really added HEART to the finished version.
Love your cinematics. For me the most skillful youtuber.
Game. Change! I love this twist on reviewing the product. Sure, more work, but damn it, I want to watch more of this!

So nice you got an assistant for yourself so review is even better than usually! Very cool shots and music! Faye is very friendly I like that!
Man. I didn't think I'd like that anamorphic look...but it gave me some unexpected feels..! Retro movie look! Good stuff!
Dude this was really dope. Love how a complete stranger found you on the street and you incorporated her story into a review video. Added a cool dynamic.

This is what I like about this channel.
Man this type of video is awesome! like how you show the camera movement then the footage! Keep posting
What a phenomenal video, how you just bump into a stranger and made a story out of it. Good job Brandon, hope you visit Toronto some day!
Talk about right place, right time meeting Faye! Beautifully shot and edited Brandon!

Quite awesome how this went from a gimbal review to a super intimate cool video
I love the unexpected scene you have there. Unexpected fan meeting you and inserting it in your vid. More power!
Faye seems super cool!! Also great shots, love how you have learned to move the camera - it’s very unique and compelling!!
Hey Brandon, I am the one who say Hi in the minibus outside Baptist U. You are my idol and I learnt from you a lot. It was so excited that saw you shot in Hong Kong.
Came for the gimbal review, stayed for the serendipity. Excellent job!

YES! Shout out to Faye! What a great candid moment. Same thing happened to me a couple weeks ago while I was shooting a RUclips video
WOW! awesome Brandon, point...the story sometimes seeks you out if you just get out and shoot (also loved that stretchy vibe)
Insanely good. I love watching your videos. If I get to be half as good as you I'll be happy. Thanks for the inspiration!
Oh! Yet another awesome and informative video. Ever since I saw a small clip on your Instagram.. crossing Hong Kong-street.. I was eagerly waiting for the full video. ... thank you so much

I was thinking of giving up on videography but after seeing Brandon Li's videos, it gave me a lift to start again.
This is a great review/behind the scenes video. Excellent work as always Brandon!! I’m going to try these techniques out using A7Sii and A6500 and Ziyhun Crane.
I loved this review style - a story in a story. Great stuff.

Nice job! Gimbals are getting better overall and cheaper!

@2:06 - how do you lock the focus on the man? do you put it in manual focus mode and set it and then keep the same distance?
and @2:21
Let me know the next time you and Alex shoot around HK. I'll join with the 3rd camera + moza for shooting behind the scene of behind the scene. :)
yep, such a unique anamorphic look! Helios + fiñter still looks that cool on APS-C sensor? I use a6300
Great video, Brandon! Maybe next time you can shoot in Lantau island.
Nice work Brandon, really interesting gimbal for a6500
