Working with deal sourcer's is getting more and more common.
Finding a property that ticks all the boxes can be a full-time job these days and deal sourcer's (good ones at least) are worth their weight in gold.
They also get a bad rap, so in this video I'm going to tell you 7 things you absolutely have to know before working with a Property Deal Sourcer.

Good stuff thanks. There are a lot of R2R and R2SA deals being offered at the moment that claim to be able to offer a full hands off situation and paying back hundreds every month for a minimal initial investment. The deal sourcer presumably isn't involved in any aspect of the management and wants to get out of there with their £2k as quickly as possible. So my question is- why would a Lettings manager manage your R2R for you and only take a small cut? I have come across one guy on a property website saying he did one of these and receives almost no money at all, the people in the middle keep the profit every month

You know some of these R2R deals can chuck back a hefty lump of change each month, but unfortunately a lot of them (particularly R2SA) promise such high numbers that the amateur investor will be spellbound and go for it with no due diligence.
